I can't recommend Payton Air enough. I've worked with Payton and his team a few times now, and…read moreevery experience has been excellent. Last summer, my AC was struggling to keep up. They came highly recommended by a family member, so I gave them a call -- and Payton was at my house the very next morning. I knew my unit was hanging on by a thread, but they were able to provide a short-term solution that got me through the rest of summer and into fall without any pressure to replace it immediately. This year, I decided to move forward with a new unit before summer hits. I reached out again, and my installation was scheduled and completed within just a few days. The entire team is efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. Lance took the time to walk me through the process and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated as a new homeowner. I was referred to Payton Air, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

The women I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and understanding. She assured me that a technician could be out within a few hours. Sure enough, a service tech named Ben arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem: two small holes in the copper lines inside the condenser unit. Ben was able to make the necessary repairs on the spot and got our AC back up and running. I can't thank the team enough for their professional, compassion, and reliability. It's rare to find a company that not only shows up when they say they will but also does the job right the first time. Thank you again for the great service!

Outstanding Service from Telford Reynolds Electric!!!…read more I recently experienced an unexpected electrical emergency at my home. At approximately 10:00 PM, I lost power while my neighbors still had electricity. Florida Power & Light (FPL) confirmed that there was no reported power outage in my area. At 6:30 the following morning, I called Telford Reynolds Electric (TRE). Their response was exceptional. A TRE electrician arrived at my home by 7:30 AM and quickly determined that a failed electrical connector had caused a failure of my main electrical panel. By 9:30 AM, TRE provided me with a written proposal to replace the panel. After I reviewed and approved the proposal, their team was back at my home by 1:30 PM and provided a temporary solution that restored my power for the remainder of the day. The following morning, TRE was back at 7:30 AM and began replacing the main electrical panel. They completed the installation and coordinated the required inspection with the City of Lynn Haven. Once the inspection was approved, TRE coordinated with FPL to have my power restored. While I was waiting for FPL to complete the restoration, the owner of TRE personally came by my home to check on me. That personal attention was a perfect example of the total care and professionalism I experienced throughout the entire process. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, communication, workmanship, and professionalism of the entire TRE team. They went above and beyond to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Telford Reynolds Electric will always be my first call for any electrical issue at my home. I highly recommend TRE to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused electrical service.
