Jacob inside, answers a barrage of questions from me and was very in depth with his responses. His above and beyond of detail and care of installation was very critical and obvious that he truly cared about what he was doing. It was an artist and perfectionist at work! Jacob outside was apparently just as detail oriented, and although working in the heat and cumbersome job at hand was also very polite and respectful. He also did a great job!
