Had an older Maytag refrigerator that had problems cooling. The parts were unavailable locally, so he reassembled it so I could use it again (it worked fine for a few days, as it thawed out while he worked on it). I received a call later explaining that they could repair it. I was expecting a large quote, as the tech had already worked on it and that bill hadn't been paid yet. I was very pleasantly surprised with the total charge, and very pleased with the repair and courtesy of all Ripley's personnel. I'll definitely do business with them again
