They said yes and scheduled to come out in a few hours. They replaced the part however they DESTROYED my bifold door (new) and scratched my door frame. The bifold door is completely unusable. See pictures. I know accidents happen HOWEVER Hudson did not bother to tell me this happened. He happily charged my credit card for the rest of the service call and merrily went on his way. THIS IS NOT HONEST WORK. THIS IS MASSIVE DAMAGE THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR. and, again at the very least, they should have told me they broke the bottom of the door.

Horrible experience. First Chris came in and looked at the project, we spoke on wall paneling and…read morecrown molding which is what I was looking for and even left the project open for his opinion on accomplishing the job, he stated he would send me over an estimate, which he did. He showed up the scheduled day and spent time and all that was complete was two crown molding (as pictured) as he stated he cut one too short (which he reimbursed me for) and would have to finish the next day as he didn't have the correct tool with him to cut the crown molding correctly. He stated he would come back the next morning but when that morning came he text me and stated he couldn't do the project due to the plumbing which was their when he did the estimate and also when he came on the first day as I stated when he came he could've worked around it and not touched any of those fixtures at all (if you saw the project and estimated the project, why is it that you can't do it because nothing changed from the time you saw it to the time you started). You took a spot from a company that could've got the job done and it wasn't because of your quote but because we try to support up and coming businesses. Well I guess we all learn from mistakes and this one will definitely be the last as I will definitely stick with named companies to do my projects.
