These guys walked off my job after 2 plus weeks from starting. They maybe completed 60-70% of the "prep" work and about 20% of the actual cleaning on a my new home. Although, they mentioned they were 80% competed. They would come a day, leave for 6, come back again (after I contacted them again), and the left again and told me they be back the following week to finish up. So, when I sent a complaint email they decided it was best to "end" our agreement and take the loss. But now I am stuck with the trash left behind, and an unfinished job that I am now scrambling to find another contractor to finish up after we moved in 2 weeks ago.

This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others.
