My daughter had bought a used Chevy Cruze and the back window tint from previous owner was horrible, full of bubbles and needed replacement asap! I took her to Bay Side Tint and the owner came right out to take a look. He saw the old tint was peeling already so he was able to remove and replace right away. Didn't have to wait long for him to work on it! A coworker wanted to tint her Toyota 4Runner so I sent her to Bay Side. She loved her tinting! She went with the darker tint and it looked so good! I could've done it in 20 minutes, but I don't have my tools. Came in on time, walked into the office to no greeting, just silence, said good morning, and the rude lady at the front office just starred at me saying nothing. After an awkward silence, I told her I was here for my appointment. She looked at her computer, and after 10 minutes she said she couldn't find my appointment. 10 minutes later she asked if she had called me to cancel the appointment. I said no ma'am, no one had called me. She said sorry we can't do that. I said it would have been nice for a phone call or a voicemail or something since I took off from work for this.
