Whoever my husband spoke to on the phone they were very courteous and very informative, so he made an appointment for a drop off the following week. When we arrived we met Alex L. and from the moment we walked in he was kind, extremely professional and very thorough about how the whole process worked. He helped us pick out the tint that would work best for our 18 year old son. We went with the ceramic tint and we felt the price was very good for the work we were getting done. To be honest, we felt terrible even asking them to take on this job bc the tint was so bad, but they reassured us they could take it on. During the time the Mustang was there, Alex stayed in contact with us, updating us where they were in the process. We appreciated this so much bc it helped us plan out the next couple of days. We went back to pick up the Mustang and OH MY! It was gorgeous! I KNOW they busted their butts getting her looking this good. I am kicking myself that I didn't think to take before pics so I could post the before and after. But we were absolutely super impressed. *Also, the ceramic tint has done wonders with this heat. Do not go here. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. A worker did not know how to take apart my center console…read moreto get to the radio, so I had to do it for him. Not only that, but he claimed I needed a new wiring harness which will cost $129 so my new radio will function properly. Uhhhh, I don't think so. After a few minutes of arguing that I did not need it, I said I was going to go somewhere else, but magically, my existing wiring harness all of a sudden will work without having to shell out $129. Funny huh? I basically installed the radio myself right in front of the worker. I said I only needed the FM/AM Radio and Bluetooth wired up. He said "okay, sure". Come to find out a few hours later while I was on the road, the Bluetooth wire was never installed. I took apart my center console to see if that was true and come to find out it was. Not only that, but I was missing screws that require the center console to stay flush and prevent rattles. So now I don't have Bluetooth, and I have screws that are missing. Never again.

I ended up rewiring my system so I could get rid of the horrible electrical sound from them wiring power and electrical together and a poor ground. My hands free phone did not work due to it being plugged into the wrong recepticle. The speaker box I bought from them did not have chambers as it was for dual 12" subs and no connectors installed in the box for wiring. Just be careful if you decide to do business Island car audio.
