The most annoying commercials on TV! I mute EVERY TIME they come on. Too stupid for words.

Avoid this dealership. Though the sales team was helpful, all of the negative experiences came from…read morethe owner. I was told to complete the financing paperwork at the local credit union, as they would be closing before the dealership that day. After I drove 500 miles, I arrived to find the deal had changed when the owner removed my state's tax benefits from my trade offer. As the agreement had already been financed, I was hard-pressed to argue now. I told my salesperson to have the car "road trip ready," specifically instructing them to make sure the tires were inflated to the proper levels and to change the oil if needed. Then, I had the car inspected at a nearby dealership (a certified manufacturer dealership) the day before purchase. Due to time (not mileage), the car needed an oil change per the inspection, but this information was intentionally withheld. I was only made aware of the recommendation after I had to contact the inspection team, as an engine light came on 400 miles into my drive home. As such, it was not listed on the buyer's order. When I asked for reimbursement for the overdue oil change, I was denied. The salesperson apologized as the owner refused to oblige. After some failed attempts, I went through the BBB. After some additional back-and-forth, the owner then offered to reimburse half the cost of the oil change in exchange for my removing my negative review on CarFax and signing away my rights to write any further negative reviews on any other platform. I reserved my rights and said I hoped for full reimbursement so I could add something positive to my reviews. He then shut down all communication through the BBB. I have attached a screenshot of his offer on my google review as I could not add it here. He said my CarFax review was "derogatory," but I encourage you to read it for yourself on CarFax.

He lifted a burden from me, he did all of the work & got the job done. He even arranged to have the truck detailed and have some minor cosmetic flaws remedied. A week later the car broke down on the highway. I texted him and let him know. Thigs was on a monday. I received a message back from him saying "I am sorry, I can not do anything in Friday. I am out of town. " After that, crickets. He never followed up at all even knowing a car he sold me left me stranded on the highway 2 weeks later. We have spent so much money trying to fix this lemon. We can't rely on a car we spent over 7k on less then 6 months later. STAY CLEAR OF THIS "DEALERSHIP ". Unless you want to be stranded and out of options like we are!

He allowed me to test drive as many cars as I liked (which were many), and supplied each car I was interested in with a driving history. Once narrowing down my options to a 2015 Subaru Forester, I asked if I could bring it to get a second opinion. Without hesitation he handed me the keys, as well as a list of mechanics nearby that would give a free diagnostic with his name (saved me $50). Over a few days, many phone calls and many visits I finally made a decision! It was such a respectable price, with the lowest fees I found in Tallahassee. A few weeks later, and I couldn't be happier with my choice!

I have done business with Kraft Nissan for several years, mostly with the service department, but…read moremost recently with the sales department. With any large dealership, there are a lot of moving parts, and people are involved. Both scenarios breed a mixture of good or bad experiences for most, and for me it is how you feel you were treated at the end of the day. I have always had a good experience with their service department, but know others who said they didn't, fair enough, but I know I will be coming back to them. My recent sales experience was when I was looking to purchase a new truck. I dealt with both Markus (Infinity dealership) and David Tompkins at Kraft, and both were great. David was great from minute one to even a week after the sale in making sure everything was how I wanted. When I make a major purchase, I want to deal with someone who is more interested in the long term relationship and being there for the vehicle 5 years from now, and not just this transaction. Kraft and these gentlemen do that. I got exceptionally good service from the sales team and the service department while some work was being done on the new truck.

In my search for a used Nissan 370Z sportscar with 6-speed manual transmission across multiple…read morestates, I came across a 2014 Magma Red Base model with 18k miles at Kraft Nissan that was initially priced at $24,946 on 6/13/23. With the reasonably low miles, I was willing to give it some serious thought even though, I'd STILL have to pay at least $1,000 or more to save it shipped from FL to NJ. Plus, I really wanted at minimum a Sport or Sport Tech model, but for the price I was willing to make a compromise. So, I began speaking with a Sales Rep Alan about the car. At first, I asked him to get pics posted since strangely enough, there were none posted on their website, even though the car was ready to be sold. He was accommodating and did take pics and have them posted (it took a bit longer than it really should have though, in all honesty). BUT Alan was friendly, courteous, and professional in phone calls and text updates. THEN, on 6/27/23, the price abruptly was increased by $2,044 to $26,990?? (As of 8/13/23, the price was magically dropped by $1,000 to $25,990 after almost 2 months of no takers...lol). When I asked WHY the price increased by $2k, Alan responded, "It looks like the vehicle price was adjusted due to the daily market values that the dealership follows". His Manager knew that they had an interested and motivated buyer and they STILL did this? NOT a good look, Kraft Nissan! Another very odd thing about this dealership that I've NEVER seen at any Nissan dealership is what they call a "Kraft Care Package" which is mandatory to purchase at a cost of $2,995. Why do I need Nitrogen filled tires? Most mechanics say it isn't needed. I told Alan that this a HUGE money grab. And so, with that ridiculous package added on, an $849 Dealer Documentation Fee, and Tax, the price is $32,408 (Not including any down payment or trade-in from me). When you see the pics below showing what's part of this "Kraft Care Package", you'll wonder how this dealership does business at all. Best to avoid them and shop elsewhere folks.
