I would highly recommend Ultimate Home Inspection. Mr. Swanson did a fabulous and thorough job inspecting our first new home. My husband, nor I, were able to be there, but my real estate agent had nothing but great things to say about his service. I called on Friday and scheduled an inspection for 3:30pm the following Thursday. I was emailed the invoice and paid the fee online, which was very reasonable. By 9am the morning after the inspection I received a 30 page extremely detailed report that included pictures of every inch of that house - roof, attic, basement, appliances, crawl space.... If you're looking for a home inspector, Roland is the guy! I requested a quote directly from here last week, he got back to me within a few hours and by the next day he was inspecting our new home. Unfortunately me and my husband weren't able to make it to the inspection but our realtor was impressed with his work. She informed us that he was on the roof checking each side, was in the attic, checked inferred heat on the walls that had slight cracks, outlets, garage doors. We even received a very detailed inspection report with pictures of every item that he was concerned with, things that I wouldn't have even thought of checking. We were very impressed. We were even surprised by his follow up call 2 days later after all was said and done. Shows that he appreciates his customers. He is very knowledgeable, honest when he doesn't know something and what I appreciate is he's practical and responsive after the inspection. Roland was fantastic! I am a former agent and have used multiple larger home inspection companies so I was a bit unsure about using a smaller company that I was not familiar with. However, after speaking with Roland on the phone and learning more about his experience I was put at ease. Roland was very thorough and also provided repair suggestions for items that he observed that were not necessarily a major detriment to the property's structure. This was my wife's first home inspection and he answered all of her questions and was very patient throughout the entire process.
