My husband and I have a unique opportunity to review Ultimate Cuisine as we have worked with them not only for our own wedding, but alongside them several times as we are in the wedding industry ourselves. When we met with Ty, we immediately knew our experience would be so much better than when we met with other vendors. We met with a few caterers before Ultimate Cuisine, and each one was condescending, rude, and downright dishonest. Ty was down to earth, easy to work with, and outstandingly helpful. Quick with phone calls and emails, the communication was always open. We arranged for a tasting before our wedding and the food was delicious! On our wedding day, the staff was superbly professional and accommodating. They took care of the little things so we wouldn't have to worry- for example, arranging to have beer glasses available for my husband's homemade brew for our wedding; making a sandwich available at short notice for my father-in-law who was feeling low on blood sugar before dinner was ready; or making sure our cake table was set up and beautiful (even though we didn't ask for any of these things directly, they were there to help everything run smoothly!). Last but not least- the food. We chose a sit-down dinner over a buffet, and our menu consisted of Chicken Normandy and Roast Tropical Pork along with a garden salad, vegetable medley, roasted red potatoes and assorted bread. The chicken was moist and delicious, and the pork was flavorful and tender; not an easy feat to accomplish for over a hundred guests! The salad was amazing- not just a bagged salad, but a carefully arranged, fresh accompaniment to the main dishes; with roasted tomatoes and mushrooms, my favorite! Even the bread wasn't just a regular dinner roll- but a variety of freshly baked goodies- one guest kept coming to our sweetheart table to steal more bread, haha! (the sweet roll is divine!) Since our wedding we have recommended them to every newly engaged couple we know; including family- and every time we have the pleasure to work with Ultimate Cuisine, they consistently knock it out of the park, whether it's buffet-stye service or sit-down. Ultimate Cuisine was the catering for a recent wedding in East Fort Lauderdale that I managed and coordinated and WOW is all I have to say! Ty, Nadine and their wait staff team, including Chef, blew me away! They worked hard, diligent and were on point with the timing of my client's wedding of 121 guests. The wedding was outside at Point of Americas where the cruise ships go in and out of the port, and it was just beautiful. Ultimate was in charge of the catering and all the rentals. I went through them for my client's cake, food, rentals (tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, etc) and they came and worked hard to set everything up just in time for the start of the wedding. From beginning to end, they hustled and were just such a pleasure to work with! Nadine coordinated the setup of the ceremony while the rest of the team finished setting up the reception. A big shout out for Ultimate Cuisine Catering!!! These guys got creative during this pandemic and did email blastouts and my boss got their email and she forwarded it on to me. They offered their empanadas for a greatly reduced price and they had lots to choose from. My eye hit on the short rib and that's what I ordered and WOW they are simply amazing! I've become a regular customer and buy a dozen almost every week now. I throw them in the freezer and when I don't have lunch that day, I pop 'em out of the freezer, defrost them and put them in the toaster oven and they are like fresh made. I never liked empanadas before because they are too doughy. Not these! Their empanadas are light and flaky and the filling is to die for! I highly recommend you reach out! We hired Ultimate Cuisine for our wedding reception on 2/20/11 in Tree Tops Park - Ft. Lauderdale. Our wedding was a destination, we currently live in NY, so the typical tasting's and 'getting to know you' were sort of out of the question. We knew what type of food we wanted, how many servers we needed and what our theme was - but not being able to taste the food was a HUGE concern and we put quite a bit of faith in Ultimate Cuisine. The food was excellent, the servers and chef were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. When I tell you to look no further for your catering needs , their product,professionalism,punctuality,communication, and integrity, all get a "10" They did our wedding for us on 4/14.70 guests, it all went off without a hitch, and can I say again,professionalism! We closed Deerfield Country Club after being open for over 50 years, we had alot of parties, weddings, golf tournaments and the final party was catered by Ultimate Cuisine and was the "Best Ever"!!!! Over 200 people came and all raved about the food and service. Tim and Ty did a great job, they are both so nice except for the fact Tim is a Detroit Tigers fan!!!! Go Red Sox!! They are so easy to work with and honest. I understand why they are so busy and have stayed in buisness for so long. This past summer My wife and I got Married in Fort Lauderdale.... Ty & Tim we couldn't thank you enough!
