My car is soo sparkly and clean!!! The thing that impressed me most is that the two guys working here cared for my car like it was their own. They first hosed it down and then brushed the mud off. After I drove it through the automated wash, one of the guys wiped it dry. The customer before me tipped them. I did too. They totally deserved it. And the guy I handed the tip to was humble receiving it.

Asked what I should do as I am already here and was told cannot let go thru the car wash with the leaves. So I left and got to my next stop and looked in my truck bed.....there was less than a Walmart bag of leaves. If this is the policy ....a garbage can close by would be nice as I could of easily just grabbed these leaves and removed from back of truck bed. We never go thru a car wash with mud caked on or overly dirty cars . We utilize this car wash for 4 vehicles right now at least once a month! They just loss our business with how I was just treated.

On my way home from burning man I started experiencing a hard wobble coming from the rear end of my van. I stopped at a local service station in Nevada and they told me it was a bearing going out and that I should get towed to a mechanic that could handle that large of a project. I originally had my van towed to a Less Schwab in Reno but even though I was the first car there they said it would be a week until they could even look at it. So after a dozen calls (and fighting with AAA to give me another tow) I called Carlson's and spoke with John. He said he would be happy to look at it first thing in the morning. I got a really good feeling when I walked through the doors and met John in person. The shop is very clean and he was very genuine. I got a call the next morning that it wasn't my bearing at all, that some of the lug nuts on one of my tires had been stripped causing the tire to wobble. After a complete inspection he sent me on my way. Any other mechanic would have easily ripped me off. I've had a family mechanic rip me off before, but this company cares more about getting you safely on the road than ripping you off. If you are coming home from burning man don't even bother trying to stop anywhere in Reno, just go straight to John where they will take good care of you. Thank you so much!!!!

Nothing wrong with my starter. He educated me on a quirk with Fords sometimes that there is often times depending how you park it on a curve that the key will not turn.
