One of the BEST fish burgers ive had in my life. Burger was grilled with toasted buns. Fish was served medium rare with Chipotle mayo. Right amount of onions and tomato as well. We visited on a Friday for a late dinner and it was packed! Although it took a while to order and receive our food, it was well worth the wait. I appreciate that most of the ingredients are locally sourced, supporting local farmers. This was surprisingly one of the top meals I had on my visit to the island. I like that they use grass-fed beef and local ingredients. They cook the burgers to order as well. The French fries are super good with the burger sauce. Ask for a side of the burger sauce instead of aioli that comes with the fries. I wish this place would offer gluten free buns as an option. It's such an easy way to gain more customers. The buns can be kept frozen and used ordered with burgers. I asked for my burger to be lettuce wrapped as the menu offered, but it was just a meat patty on top of a piece of lettuce. I had to use a fork and knife to eat it. A gluten free bun would be much preferred. read more
