We weee greeted when we entered and taken to our seat. Out waitress was very nice, attentive and very polite. She did an awesome job with the kiddos and they liked her. Here with the kiddos today because they wanted to come here for lunch.. They love the fact that they can have variety. They like being in control of their portion and choice of foods. Kenn and I got sweet tea with lemon and the kiddos got water, Dr Pepper, and sweet tea. The kids loved everything the chose. So I'm happy that they was happy and enjoyed themselves. Izzy really loved the shrimp and the sweet biscuits as he calls them. Cupcake liked everything especially the spring rolls and sushi. Kerri really loves the lomein and the jello and egg rolls. Wyatt like the chicken nuggets, jello and ice cream. We had a nice time and today was good. So we will be back. read more

First time back in a year and first time to bring the family with me. I was a little surprised it wasn't busier when we showed up, but it definitely filled while we were there, and people were waiting when we left. The size and selection is the hallmark of this place. I actually thought the quality and temps were better than on my previous visit. My wife commented her first plate was rather lukewarm, but the temps were better on her second plate. One daughter thought everything was good, while the other thought what she had was just fair. They've still got the chocolate fountain for dessert, which is nice. Service wasn't great overall. Multiple times we had to move our empty plates to another table to get them out of the way. Drinks sat empty until we asked for refills. We also only got two straws, even though there were four of us, so weird we had to ask for more. This is a long way to go for a Chinese buffet, and since nobody else was blown away by it (even though I liked it) guessing we won't rush back too soon. read more

Very friendly staff, food tasted fresh. Sushi was fresh. Goons were subpar. The deserts existed but were lacking in flavor.

The first time we went, this place wasn't too bad. The diversity in food was fine, and the sushi only looked mildly questionable. I like the slightly more authentic Chinese food that is hard to come by in the Springs (but not that much more authentic than Panda Express). The second time, however, gave both my partner and me some tummy troubles. Our entire party was celebrating a friend's promotion, and they were the only one to come out unscathed. A good deal for food, but beware the inevitable tummy troubles. read more

Nothing terrible but nothing great, just a perfect middle of the road buffet. Average buffet for a descent enough price.

Me and three friends decided to eat here and thoroughly regretted it. From the moment we were sat, we were getting weird looks, but we decided to ignore it. as we kept eating and having a good time, a girl eventually came up to us and told us we had 20 minutes left. We said ok and continued eating our meal and then when she came over to remind us that we had five minutes left, she said "we have all been watching you and we will continue watching you. we have camera everywhere and they've been recording you this entire time so if you try to run we will file a police report" we understood that teens have a bad reputation but we told her that we understand and will pay and she continued to harass us because she assumed we wouldn't pay. After we stacked our plates and paid our full prices, they continued to glare at us as they kicked us out. Once we were outside my friend began to feel sick and threw up in the parking lot, and as we tried to clean up my friend and make sure he was ok, the employees were watching us and taking pictures of us in crisis through the window. We paid for all of the mediocre food we ate (everything tasted extremely bland and dry) and they still discriminated and harassed us. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. P.S. NEVER coming back... (never had a bad experience at Golden Corral!) Hope this helps read more

Ultimate Buffet is a clean and satisfactory buffet that serves up a good variety of American and Asian cuisine. Our waiter was very attentive and accommodating when it came to clearing out our plates and refilling our drinks. The four star rating was due to the ice cream being out of order and the food being par with other buffets. Other than that, I would say for the price it is well worth it. Our family continues to frequent this place when we have family from out of time visiting that want to experience a local buffet. read more

This is about the ultimate an Asian buffet could be!! So many options. Many of which didn't get touched after more than an hour. There wasn't many complaints. The steak was tasty but a bit chewy. The sweet & sour chicken was over fried. No General Taos. Highlights were the awesome pepper chicken, the perfect Chinese donuts, fruit was good & salad bar was huge. Surprised the ice cream was actually good. So many American items that looked good but got skipped. They got something for everyone. Servers were on the spot w/ refills & plates. Id give 4.5 if I could. read more

Never fails. Love this place. For being a buffet the food is always fresh and the service is great all in one place.

This is definitely a good place to come eat a variety of different types of food! I haven't been here in awhile and decided that I should try it out since I was on this side of town. There was a line at the sushi bar and it wasn't a long wait. I think I waited approximately 2 mins to get some fresh sushi. Next to the sushi bar was the 5 different types of shrimp that was served and crawfish. I didn't have any crawfish this visit but they kept the trays filled. We had a very attentive waiter and everytime we stood up, he was there asking if we needed him to take dishes off the table. My glass of Diet Pepsi stayed full and I never had to motion to him to refill it. Over all I think this will be my go to for buffet if I'm wanting to get a variety of seafood dishes! read more

I just wanted to give a suggestion. Salad bar is in need of tongs for every item. Only 3 isn't sufficient for customer use. Restroom is needing a good mopping so sticky the floor. Overall the food selection was good. read more

Went for lunch today. Good service and a wide selection of food items. Everything was over cooked, the fish was very fishy, the dessert cakes were dry, it just wasn't worth it. There is no reason for me to go back. read more

We used to go to Ultimate Buffet once a month. This last time I noticed some changes. They were not busy on Saturday around noon. The sushi rolls have shrunk. The beef stir fry with onions tasted funny, the coated fried shrimp were greasy, the seafood dish had a lot less cray fish and very little squid. They charge more on weekends but the deserts were dismal and nothing extra for the chocolate fountain but rice crispy treats and generic marshmallows. The hot and sour soup used to be my favorite but this time it was not good at all. The service slipped, dirty plates sitting on the table for a long time while our server played on his phone. Never got drink refills either.Later that day I had all the symptoms of food poisoning. Won't be coming back read more

Delicious! Me and my buddies including my buddy eric took a lil buddies trip to colorado and after being snowstormed in the house for a day with nothing but water and eggs we decided to treat ourselves to sum ultimate (I am the one, don't weigh a ton don't need a gun to get respect up on the street ogey) buffet! What a great selections and I love how there was like 10 different kinds of chickens. As a chicken lover, I was quite lit rally in heaven! Although ppl be looking at me weirdness when I dipped my chicken wings in the chocolate foundation! Lol I meant fountainsksks it be cold af in rado rn and my fingers be frozen! read more

The buffet is really fantastic. There are a huge variety of food foods and the hot foods are hot and the cold foods are cold. The environment there is nice and the price is very reasonable. I think most people would enjoy the buffet there. read more

My experience at this establishment was to say the least weird. I felt uneasy, as we were walking to our table we pass the waiter station. There's a gentlemen watching as we go to our table there are three of us ladies. As I walk by him his eyes just weren't right to me. We went on with our meal and the entire time he is asking if we want more Dr Pepper and always looking at me. I decline the entire meal until the end. Received the drink and it tasted different, sipped a few times and proceeded to check out, as we are walking to the pay station up front he grabs the ticket from the lady who was paying and led us to the front. Outside a car flash its light and pulls in front of my car. I'm grateful for the dentist across the way was heading to his car almost hit him stopped I think they had words and the car sped off. On my drive home I'm getting dizzy and more dizzy. We get home at 6 I'm so dizzy and exhausted I layed in my bed and passed out until 4:00 in the morning. I feel like a trafficking ring is going on I feel like I was drugged and almost kidnapped... I'm so thankful for the guy ending his day in the parking lot with us he probably saved my life!! I will never recommend out frequent this place ever!! Only if I could give zero stars!!! read more

Do not come here. The food isn't good at all. Filled with oil and grease. I get it that's what it's cooked in but the food shouldn't release oil when you bite it. It's very dirty inside from the table to the plates and silverware. Definitely not worth the cost. Go to panda instead read more

The only redeeming quality for this restaurant is the service. They were always at our table taking care of us: removing plates, filling waters, making sure we're happy. The food is what you would see at a normal buffet but had nothing actually edible. Everything was frozen, gray, or touched (especially the chocolate fountain). I didn't feel comfortable eating anything with meat in it and the reason I didn't leave immediately was because it was my mom's birthday. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Good variety of food. Everything was fresh. I am not buffet person but went with family. Everyone had the food of their choice.

Such a great selection of great tasting food. Kinda far away for a convenient option, which is probably for the best. We definitely go when we're in the area. read more

The food was good and the service was as well. There is a lot of room for large groups but the ambience is lacking in cleanliness. The place needs a complete renovation of its carpets, they are old and dirty to say the least. I will not visit this establishment until they do something about them carpets. TY DC read more

Quick, friendly service. Excellent variety of food, and all of it was super delicious!!

Good service. Decent food, not amazing, not bad. A lot was overly salted, but for the price and variety, I think it was worth it. Not a place I'd be like "omg, we have to go back" but I liked the variety and my fiancé liked the quantity. Very clean, and all dishes were kept stocked. read more

Wow so many great options! Steak, ribs, pepper beef and various shrimp options were the winners. Plenty of staff to keep our drinks full and the food replenished often. The food was delicious with a huge selection of dishes for every craving. They even have sushi, grilled items and seafood. I've never had a bad experience eating here and the staff is for the most part polite and attentive if you order drinks. We love this buffet. This is our go-to buffet place in COS. It is quite popular for those seeking a quick fix when craving different cuisines. They offer a wide array of food - from Chinese and Japanese cuisine to American and even Italian favorites. There's something for everyone. They have a sushi station with a decent selection of rolls and sashimi to satisfy your craving. There's a grill station serving bbq pork ribs, steaks, zucchini and shrimp. They have a selection of four different hot soups and my fave is the egg drop. There's a salad station too. They serve shrimp, mussels, crawfish, clams, fish, pork and chicken dishes. For dessert, they have fresh fruits and pastries. I like their fried plantains, sesame balls and soft serve ice cream. Quality wise, I'd say it's generally good. Nothing fancy and far from high-end but it is sure to satisfy your cravings. The restaurant is spacious and has large sitting capacity with very casual outdated ambiance. The staff are always attentive in clearing used plates and promptly refilling drinks. Another plus is that they have disposable food gloves at every plate station. I recommend not to come during their busy hours as it can be chaotic. Overall, this is a solid choice for those "not so picky" eaters craving for a diverse range of flavors in a buffet setting. It's a great deal for the price point and they give Senior discount everyday and Military discount on Tuesdays. So, bring your appetite! read more

A large variety of keto friendly selections to enjoy during a get together for a 14 person group. Arrived at approximately 3:00 pm. The hostess who greeted us said they wouldn't be cooking again until 4:00 pm but we could come in and eat. We did, thinking, since we were from out of town, we'd come in, start eating, and we would have dinner, paying the dinner price. There was not a lot of food out; or, should I say, it was picked over, some was gone, and cold: none or extremely limited and select pieces of sushi; fried shrimp was cold (did not eat it); no rice (none - container was empty); tempura was old and cold; there were no strawberries for the chocolate fountain. We received our bill, and I informed the gentleman (who seemed to be a manager? Owner?) that we would pay the dinner price, and wait for more food to be brought out. He informed us that we had to leave and we were told this when we came in (we were not). Will not go back. B A D (old, cold buffet) food. Terrible service. read more

We do not recommend this place! Two of us ate there last night. Within hours both of us had food poisoning, we were up all night! It was honestly the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. It was disgusting. If you want great Chinese food, this is not the place. If you want a variety of Chinese food, this is not the place. The Chinese food portion of the buffet is very-very limited. The food was lukewarm. The buffet tables were filthy, as well as the restaurant itself. Even the serving spoons were very sticky and gross. It was expensive, for what it was. Two buffets, two drinks, $44. That did not include our tip. We will never go here again, nor do we recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Visited on a Sunday, the place was packed. Waited about 15 minutes for a table for 6, not bad. The food tasted good, nothing that I tried was bad. All the food was hot, and they continuously keep bringing hot dishes from the kitchen to replace the almost empty trays. They served a lot of crab legs when I was there. They have all the classic Chinese style buffet food that you can think of, including sushi, a live grill with BBQ ribs, steak and shish kebab, and soft serve ice cream with a big varieties of dessert. Our waiter was really busy with lots of tables to serve but he brought the soda refills on time until the bill was paid. After that I had to track him down to get one more refill. read more

The food here was very hit and miss, mostly bad. Maybe I needed to set my expectations a bit more for how good buffet food is supposed to be, but even if I did that, this place did not leave me with a good impression of their food. I had many different foods, and only a handful were what I would consider good. Mostly the desserts. Mozzarella Sticks? Mushy, bland, bad Macaroni and Cheese? Paste-like, mushy, bad Garlic bread? Good Wontons? Tiny, barely any cream, bland Chow mein? Way too salty, but okay Sesame chicken? Tasted like school lunch chicken, just spicier Orange chicken? Tasted like school lunch chicken, just oranger Sweet and sour chicken? Literally school lunch chicken in batter, but the sweet and sour sauce is at a separate area All the chicken was just... not good. Bland. No kick or original taste to it. It tasted identical to the chicken nuggets you got in the school lunchline at elementary school. Pizza? Actually terrible French fries? The most bland fries I have ever had Vegetable roll? Okay Egg drop soup? Excellent Wonton chips? Good Fried rice? Okay Most of the dessert menu? Very good They seem to have issues primarily with the entrees. Not sure what's going on there. I did appreciate how they provided disposable gloves at every plate station, and they were constantly on top of refilling food that was getting close to empty. So good overall service for the buffet line. Bad service for the tables, though, with seemingly none of the tables being cleaned, ever. And it took forever to get the attention of the servers for more soda or water. Maybe these are par for the course for buffet restaurants (this was my first time at one in 20 years or so). So if that is the case, obviously judge it on those merits. But yeah, I was not a fan. read more

Cost: The buffet costs about $10 for lunch and around $15 for dinner. Food Options: The buffet offers several options for their patrons. Sushi is made fresh in front of you and offers around 10 different options, including sashimi. The steak is found right by the sushi and was phenomenal, although we had low expectations. A full salad bar can be found right in the center of the buffet. Fresh shrimp, kimchi, and crab salad are nearby. Spread throughout the buffet are several options for entrees, offering pork, chicken, beef, and veggie dishes. A unique option was the peanut butter chicken. Most of the dishes are of asian influence, although they do have mashed potatoes, pizza, chicken nuggets, etc. At the end of the buffet are the desserts. A soft serve machine can be found, although it was out of order when we went. Quality: The food itself was of pretty high quality for the price you are paying for. I was very impressed with the steak, shrimp, sushi, and peanut butter chicken. The desserts were of below average quality, but not bad enough to negate the great entree options alluded to. Customer Service: Everyone was very friendly throughout our visit. The staff were quick to clean up old plates and refill drinks. Tl;dr: For the $10 lunch price tag, this buffet is a great option for those who want to eat Chinese and sushi. The shrimp itself are worth the price! read more
