I used ShopPay to buy a Modix 120x V4 as it was listed as an accepted payment option at checkout. About 4 days after payment, I got an email from them saying "Despite ShopPay being listed as a form of payment on their website" they cannot accept it as a payment method and they would like for me to send a 2nd wire to help them save on merchant card processing fees I declined as the order had already been paid and they Dishonestly cancelled the order as Fraudulent. This company is a scam, save yourself time, trouble, and disappointment and buy from a real 3D Print Shop. Went to Tronxy instead and got a VEHO 1000-16 Large Format as a secondary option and it already has tracking and they even sent pics. Do not buy from this store. I purchased a 3-D printer and it's been a month since I did and every time I call or email for an update on shipping there's a different excuse every time first they said that it does take a while for it to come in and then they said that it's coming from the manufacturer then they said that I didn't send them the shipping address which you automatically do when you do the purchase. Ultimate 3D Printing Store did very poorly. I ordered a Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K from them because it was in stock for immediate shipping from their Florida warehouse. I asked them to wait until the following week to ship because I was going to be out of town for 4 days. They gladly took my money and then proceeded to ship all in stock machines to other customers. They were waiting on a stock replenishment notification or something with an indeterminable delivery date for my machine when I called to see why it was not shipped. I have orders to fulfil and now I have no idea when I will have a working printer again. There is zero excuse for this mistake and I will never use this company again. read more

Held a shipment for 4 days after I ordered it and they printed the label. Ordered 4/7/17, shipping label printed 4/7/17 and not placed in the mail until 4/10/17 and the parts I ordered are still not received . I messaged them on 4/10/17 asking when they plan on giving my package to the post office and conveniently they package was on its way an hour later but I never received a reply to my message - poor customer service. What should have been to my location in two to three days has now been a week and counting. These parts were ordered for a client of mine so this makes me look bad as well since they have to wait this long. read more
