Rarely do they seem to run out of products, and they have a huge variety of brands that are both high-end and drugstore. Many of the salespeople are friendly and willing to help (I've had my color matched and asked more opinions than I can even count) but one young woman was just so rude, nasty, and sarcastic that it ruined my experience and I don't know if I'll ever come back. What a shame, because I buy so much makeup I could singlehandedly keep them in business.

The process took over 2 hours and she took her time and didn't rush the process. She answered all my questions and recommended products to use specially for my type of hair. The balayage highlights ended up turning out better than I could have expected and I will definitely go back in the future.

The store is well organized with staff walking around constantly asking if you need help and giving you shopping bags for your items when you walk in thinking you're just getting one bottle of soap and 10 minutes later you have eight 3-wick candles, 6 bottles of hand soap, 6 bottles of body wash and room fragrance spray you don't need but also, really do need. They have great sales and this is my go to store when I want to buy gifts for the holidays. They have something for everyone, even the men in your life. Their body wash is not cheap, $12.50 per bottle,which won't last too long, but they also run a buy 3 get 3 deal, so that helps justify the price. In addition, they usually have additional coupons floating around that help lower your total as well. One staff member in particular, Lindsay, was really exceptional the last time I was in here. She couldn't have been friendlier and accommodating to all of the coupons I was presenting at the counter. There are so many people working in customer service who shouldn't be so it goes a long way when someone actually cares about their job and the guests coming in. We had, at length, discussed what color to put on it and instead of the pretty, warm red, I got dark brown eggplant. I have had the red for years with various highlights in it and thought I was getting one color. Either communication broke down between us, which is unlikely the case, or she mixed the wrong dye and let it overprocess (very likely as I know how much time I usually spend processing). She refuses to refund my money, attempt to fix it, or have anyone else in the salon fix it. They tout themselves as the "color fixers," but clearly they are unwilling to clean up their own mess.
