I could tell that she had my best interests at heart and cared about me as a patient! The office was clean and organized. There was a good feeling of privacy all of the times I went there. NO ONE explained the price difference to me on member non member pricing so I fully expected to pay $120 for both of us and paid double that. I was using a gift card that was bought for me to even try it out!! It was enough to cover the full amount. Sure my facial was great but after the price difference I come away thinking about how terrible the whole experience was. Great stress relief? I called and spoke to the manager on duty who simply repeated the pricing to me and said there was nothing she could do. Wrong 100%. She doesn't care about her customer because I came away with stress which I'm pretty sure Massage Envy would like to pride themselves on people feeling stress free after their experience!!!! The dated decorated office building vines did not feel relaxing or luxurious. For the price point for treatments, I think a little updating could make it feel a lot better. I was very thrown off about being in a room with my mom, and then being given a robe to change into while the attendants were walking in and out of the room. Being invited to change into a robe and not given the option of a private space felt very odd. The treatment itself felt like there was no pressure, rather just a salt scrub and some ointment and that was it. The ladies taking care of us were both very professional and very kind so this means nothing towards them, I think they were just given barely any helpful tools to use to make it a better experience.

She accepted no fault and did not apologize any inconvenience that their mistake caused me including an hour round trip drive. I will not reschedule my appointment with them. This is a poorly run office.
