Sarah was fantastic! My 4 year old son has very straight thick hair with a deep widow's peak that shows every snip. Plus he hates hair cuts. Sarah was was sooooo good with him! Every time he fussed about hair, she wiped it off quick and constantly was checking in with him. She also really listened to what I wanted and my input as she was cutting. I try not to be that extra mom, but I'm very particular with his hair because he's had so many bad haircuts. Sarah gave him the best hair cut he's ever had! I've been taking my kids to this location for many years. I decided to have a simple root touch up and a trim here since my normal salon was not available. The staff here has always been friendly and courteous, and the salon is clean and orderly. I have never had a worse root touch up in my life. When I got to the car, I noticed that my roots did not match my hair and looked awful. I put my hand in my hair and felt the dried, sticky powder bleach dried in the lower part of my hair, and all over the base of my neck. The dried powder was on my coat and and clothes also. When I went immediately back in, I had to wait and she only washed the base of my neck and proceeded to drench my shirt. I had spent over THREE hours there because she had to start and stop at least 15 times because she had to answer the phone and check clients in. I checked in at 9 a.m. and did not leave until 12:10. I lost count in the first hour how many times she had to leave the chair. I have no idea how the stylist could not see or feel the bleach in my hair. She must have ignored it because I had been there way to long. If you are looking for a quick chop for your kids, okay place to go. If you're looking for a professional service, don't even think about coming here. I am very sorry I did. read more

Not my first time here, but it will be my last as they do not honor appointment times. I made an appointment 3 days in advance to avoid waiting during this busy holiday season. The posted wait for walk-ins was 25 minutes. I was 5 minutes early and I expected to wait 5-10 minutes. Well, I cancelled and left after waiting 30 minutes for a documented appointment and no one ever spoke to me at all after I checked in to say there was going to be any wait. The stylist Heather was told as soon as I walked in that I was there. She should know how to manage her appointment times better as she is not new. read more

This evening we stopped in for some much needed and very last minute hair cuts. I had the absolute pleasure of having Sharon Jasinski as my stylist. It's very hard to trust someone from some of these walk in places. From the moment she greeted me I knew it would be a pleasant experience. We talked about products and how some of the stuff I was using was actually damaging my hair. My cut was fantastic and she didn't cut off more than she said she would. Sometimes stylist get scissor happy. She was sweet funny and relatable everything you look for in a stylist. She also introduced me to some new products that I'm excited about using. Went to the Hair Cuttery to have Shades EQ semi- permanent dye applied to my hair. This was applied by the assistant manager, so I thought it would be a positive experience. The color was pretty, but she got the dye all over my face and could not remove it all. She told me to use dish soap at home. It wouldn't be a big deal if she wouldn't have charged me $75 dollars for that and to angle the hair around my face. My hair was cut incorrectly and looks choppy and I left the location with dye on my face. Not worth $75 dollars and I will never go back. read more

I went in to get a haircut for my wife and I, but they don't do men's cuts even decently and they definitely didn't listen to what my wife wanted. She wasn't happy and I'm not happy. I went in on 11/11 to get highlights and to get my bangs cut into the "side swept" style and she made them a blunt line and the pieces framing my face are uneven. She was also very rough. The water was to hot, she pulled my hair hard everytime. And she didnt make any atempt at a conversation with me. read more
