I have a full beard and they gave a perfect trim for only 6 dollars. I had to trip 4 bucks easy to make it feel a little bit more of what it should cost. She was apprehensive because she had another appointment in 38 minutes, but they agreed to take me. When I showed Emily the reference pictures of my hair that I wanted (couple inches off and was considering bangs) her reaction was a flat, discouraging "oh wow". I normally have a great time coming here for walk in's and the stylists are usually extremely eager to help and ask collaborative questions. She overall gave the impression that she did not want to do my hair and made me feel uncomfortable for wanting to try something new.
