In this case regarding his hair.. when even brushing was a struggle. He had long curly hair and I knew it was time for his 1st haircut outside of me trimming it. I was dreading this and put it off because I just knew it would be such a challenge. I had come across this place over the summer before school started but it was a long drive from home and I just​ didn't come around to it. Today after an early Dr's appt, I decided to call and ask if walk ins were accepted and to let them know my concerns. Julie answered the phone.. immediately I was at ease & decided to take the 40 min drive. As soon as we walked in, my son seemed comfortable and started exploring. Within minutes he was sitting in the little toddler car chair and his 1st haircut started and ended in the smoothest way. The plan was to possibly only do a quick cut with only scissors but seeing that my son was so at ease, Julie continued with the hair clippers and ultimately even blow dried his hair! I kept telling Julie how shocked and grateful I was and everything about this experience was worth it. Julie did such an amazing job of putting me at ease and making my son comfortable and entertained. Its been a few hours and I'm sitting at home feeling extremely content with our experience and just wanted to share with anyone considering coming here. Recommend 10 out of 10 We'll be coming back in a month and from now on for his haircuts thanks to Julie

We've never had this issue. So disappointed. If you want anything other than a buzz cut I would not come here. Mike is a down to earth guy, who can be intense about somethings -- which speaks of his Greek heritage -- but he's a genuinely good guy who gives an amazing cut. His dad cut hair, his uncle cut hair, he cuts hair. Sometimes when he isn't there on Saturday, he's taking care of his aging mother, and she comes before anything else. He's Greek. Family is everything. But don't think he doesn't care about his customers, because for him, they're his 2nd family. The shop isn't fancy, but the haircut is great, and you feel good about yourself after your visit.
