My active duty military daughter came into this salon to see Julietta asking for highlights with an…read moreend-result that would be natural in appearance (and therefore within military uniform regulations). But she left with solid cotton white hair with several brassy, uneven, obvious blotches inches away from her scalp. I'm retired military and advised her to quickly have the color corrected before she gets in trouble with her superiors. She contacted Julietta via text message asking for an appointment to have her now ugly hair fixed. Julietta declined and told her to just use purple shampoo. When I called the salon to convey the hair color will cause my daughter UCMJ action, Julietta interrupted me several times, called my daughter a liar, and used quite a condescending tone with me. Obviously, we don't want to have anything further to do with her or this salon, so my daughter is spending yet another fee + tip elsewhere to have the corrections made. I don't know about the other hair dressers there, but I'd avoid Julietta's tacky taste, low quality "skills", and her crappy attitude if we're you. Unprofessional!!!

Rhonda was the sweetest most helpful gal ever!!! She was very patient with my questions, making sure availability was there for my mom, and filled in the other hairdresser what was going on with my mother. Such wonderful ladies running the business!!! All the other Salons could learn a thing or two about COURTESY with a 60 year old and her 82 year old mother!!! Me and my friend had called during the work week to schedule a hair appointment for the weekend. We…read moreshow up promptly at ten when the doors are (suppose to be) open. The lights weren't turned on and doors weren't unlocked until 10:20. We go in tell the receptionist we have an appointment at 10. She said there was no record of us having one.. so apparently the person we talked to early in the week never took down our appointment. She says she can fit us in anyways and to come back at 11, we come back, she says to come back at 12, we come back she says to come back at 1... we were ready to leave and never come back the first time but we were set on getting our hair done that day. They are finally ready to see us and things started to look up when we had a good hairdresser who was friendly and outgoing but then (once again!) things started to go poorly.. the hairdresser double charged me on my card.. so instead of paying 35 like in intended I ended up getting charged with 65... I overall had a terrible experience with Vivid Bronze.
