Marta is fantastic. She's professional, personable, and somehow remembers conversations from appointments years ago. Every visit feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with an old friend who also happens to be exceptionally talented at what she does. My hands have lived a hard life--years of wrenching on motorcycles, outdoor work, and generally treating skincare advice as a suggestion rather than a rule. Yet every time I leave, my nails and hands look far better than they have any right to. The fact that she can consistently improve decades of neglect is a testament to her skill. What also stands out is the level of professionalism she brings every day. Marta always looks polished, put together, and genuinely takes pride in her work. That attention to detail shows in the results. At this point, I'm fairly certain if she ever gets tired of doing nails, she could move on to restoring ancient artifacts or repairing historical landmarks. Her ability to transform worn-out things is remarkable. Five stars without hesitation. I also want to recognize Delia for a great haircut. I needed something that would meet USCG Boat Crew training standards without going completely high-and-tight, and she got it exactly right. She took her time, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. Friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to doing quality work.
