I could feel and hear my hair ripping from my scalp as he ran the iron through my hair. What I saw immediately after confirmed what I felt was happening. Even after explaining this, he offered no apology and he was nasty and rude about it. Never once did he offer to correct the problem. I have patches of hair missing in the areas where my hair was ripped out from my scalp due to his negligence and heavy-handedness. I had known him to be a professional designer before this, but it seems that he has lost his touch. I am VERY disappointed because I thought he was a better human. I would never trust him with a hot comb ever again!
