I think a third person was off. Kimberly created a charcuterie table for us and didn't take any other clients that day. It was soo relaxing and a great afternoon. The massage was great. Just what I needed for back, neck and head pain. He worked it all out. I wish I could bring him back to Cali with me. My only complaint was with limited professionals it was a long day. First appt was at 11am and last appointment was 5. It was a long day but with the food, drinks and zen of quiet room it went fast. This is a great couple who went out of their way to make our day special. If you haven't it tried them, what are you waiting for?

From the outside it looks like a small little shop. Upon entering you are transported to a high dollar spa. Truly a hole in the wall. (In a good way!) the bathroom was literally decked out similar to a high dollar spa. I truly loved the Christian vibe and discussion. It was clean, calm and so well equipped. I also REALLY love that Kim talked me into a lash lift/tint and out of lash extensions. She literally had me pay about half of what I would have just to give me the results I hoped for with less maintenance and money. This world is full of such unkindness and evil that it was wonderful to be surrounded by such a godly kind person. Will definitely be back!

Walking in, I was greeted by a front desk person and I told them who I was visiting. They admitted the place was kind of a maze and escorted me to Vi. For context, Salons by JC offer many suites for rent, which is why there are 30 different salons listed on their website for one location. Vi was great; we discussed my hair goals and what I was wanting. I always enjoy the conversation and Vi does a great job taking my thoughts into consideration. I appreciate that I can go in with an idea of what I want, and Vi was great at asking clarifying questions to learn more. Thanks so much!

I've actually had pretty good luck with EWC locations specifically, but have had more turnover in waxers then I'd like (I get Brazilian's so I don't care for a new waxer every month - though I also had a baby this year and that did wonders for my uh...shyness? The mom's will understand!) anyway, last time I got the dreaded "your waxer is no longer with us..." text I started to wonder if it was me. Kidding! But really, last time I got the text I was lucky enough that they placed me with Brooklynn! She is wonderful. I was actually shocked to learn half way through that she was relatively new. Usually I can tell a new waxer right away but she waxes like she's been doing it for years! So impressed with her. And so easy to talk to! In closing, please don't let Brooklynn leave!
