The girl did something on the computer and was told it was taken care of. Because of a family situation I did not micromanage my credit card, so several months later I discovered I was still being charged. I called the store and explained the girl on the phone again said taken care of. But she couldn't give me my money back that I needed to contact manager. I emailed customer service and was emailed back that I didn't cancel until last week when I signed the cancellation form that stated I had 90 days to request a refund. First I wasn't given a cancellation form 4 months again when I cancelled and I didn't sign anything last week because I called. I haven't stepped foot in the location in 4 months. I had heard about the shady billing but have definitely learned a hard lesson. I would take my business elsewhere as they (corporate) will screw you over in the billing. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Beware of becoming a member . I informed the company that I would like to cancel my membership. I…read morehave two sixty minute massage credits that I have already paid for . There were times that I canceled , and there were times that my therapist canceled . On both occasions I was billed and given credits. When I informed Massage Envy that I wanted to cancel . I was informed that I could not use my credits unless I was a member . I feel that I should either be refunded my money, or allowed to use my credits. This is the second time this has happened to me. I previously attempted to cancel my membership after Covid . The company continued to bill me even during the stay in shelter time period . I asked to have my membership suspended at that time , and they failed to do so. This resulted in me having 11 hours credit. When I tried to cancel then, I was informed that I had 30 days to use or lose my credits . There was no way that was possible because it's incredibly difficult to get extra sessions with your therapist , let alone 11 in one month. I feel like the company uses strong arm manipulation to prevent people from canceling their memberships. This is in no way representative of the staff. They have always been very friendly . Just beware of joining , because once they get you . They won't let you go!
