I went to InStyle Salon in JCP at the nearly dead Alton Square Mall as a walk in. I needed a color & razor cut. The color was right on but I walked out in the middle of cut. The stylist was rude & hurtful. After I wiped my tears, I asked her to stop cutting and I was going to leave. I finished my cut at home. I called the manager and met with her in person to have her 100% attention. Noting how much I liked the color, she offered an "on the house" appointment with an amazing stylist. BAM! My adult son (on the Autism Spectrum) sees Kristin & she makes sure that every detail is perfect. Along with Kristin and My Charlie in the "party room" is Andrew & Cameron and the work I see them do is superior. So yes, I recommend these stylish scissor wizards to anyone.
