I don't understand the low Yelp ratings because the store is neat and organized, the staff friendly and they have what I need. Then, I got the wild idea to make some pickles because I saw the huge display of canning supplies and we have cucumbers in the garden. I picked up the canning supplies I needed for the pickles. Check out is quick, easy and friendly. Prices are reasonable. My brother had to return a fitting that was the wrong size and they cheerfully refunded his money. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. I'm sure we'll be back when the chickens need more food.

The buyers have a great eye for antiques, especially art. The oil paintings were captivating. One in particular caught my eye and I asked about it. Linda was kind and helpful, never condescending or snobby to my questions about it. I told her I would sleep on a decision, as the painting was (for me) pricey. I could not stop thinking about it and I knew it would haunt me if I didn't take it home. I returned the next day and Linda had the painting waiting for me. They carefully wrapped it for me and offered to carry it out to my vehicle. It was such a great experience, from start to finish. Entering the art world is very intimidating for a newbie, but they made it welcoming and approachable. My new painting is the focal point of my den and every time I see it, I smile and think of our wonderful trip to rural Virginia.
