Jake replied almost immediately and explained that a few employees had been sick, which caused a delay in processing. Shortly after, Hadji emailed me to let me know the instrument had been inspected and that they would expedite my order. Within a few hours, I received the shipping confirmation and tracking number for FedEx next day delivery which I really appreciated. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the quick responses and honest communication. My only suggestion is to send customers a quick email if an order is delayed. A simple update would go a long way and save customers from wondering about their order. So far, I'm very happy with the experience. I'll update my review once the bass clarinet arrives.

Children may or may not want to do competitions but it's up to them and how they feel which is great! I've always wanted a koa wood uke and Koaloha's have so many models of koa wood! I also love that they're family run and owned and specially handcrafted. I was stunned at the size of this place, they have all kinds of stuff - I am not a musician so i was duly impressed; they even had the bongos I wanted a long, long time ago (long story). Drumsticks of all shapes, sizes and weight; guitars on the walls, sound systems, a room you can practice in (nice to listen to other players trying it out), accessories, albums, gifts, and more.
