We had already taken our seats when the manager came into the theater and demanded to know where our adult was. We explained the situation, but we were still kicked out. I understand that the theater has rules, but our cousin was planning to return, and we had arranged for her to accompany us. The situation could have been handled more professionally instead of immediately kicking us out without considering the circumstances. Overall, this experience was disappointing and frustrating, especially because we had already paid for our tickets.

As one of the few attractions in Ukiah, it would benefit the organization to have more welcoming and informative personnel- when I came home later that day and looked up their website, I realized the "event" was their annual gala - which is all she had to tell me and I would have completely understood the "all hands on deck" commitment something like this requires. My chicken sandwich had a nice soft bunch, crunchy lettuce, and the chicken patty had a nice crust. My fries were fluffy inside and had the perfect texture outside. I had a good time, but there's one thing I almost forgot to mention. The employees were the nicest and most helpful group of people I've run in a while. The pit boss said he was sorry but they are short dealers and I could not play until the people at the table quit or wait till noon for another dealer. I waited 45 minutes and no other dealer showed up. I was told to complain by filling out a complaint form. I didn't at the time figuring it was a one off. Well the next day I went in about 2pm and again was in the same situation. Both the dealer of the table being played said sorry but that was it. I went to the person in the booth and asked for a complaint form and he could care less. He never asked me what the issue was or say sorry can I comp you something... It was Oh well tough luck. I was offended and sad I even had to write this.
