Amazing Company to work with!…read more We have used Demo Boys 2 times in the last year and both projects we were just blown away by their level of detail and expertise, especially since we have a house from the late 1800s. The first project we did with Demo Boys was a complete gut job of our large 2nd floor bathroom. It was done in less than a week and no dirt or scratches were left behind on the stairwell or anywhere in the house! They even left behind some the of protective mats for the flooring so other contractors would not damage the floors! (Demo boys will come and pick them up when the project is complete) Our 2nd job was a gut job of our partially finished basement. Johnathan and his team were able to complete it in one day and walked us through what all of the old pipes were in the house and took removed all of the pipes and wires what are no longer in service! Def something we would not be able to do on our own! Overall great team that I would def recommend!

I hired them to remove a detached 18 x 18-foot cedar sunroom that was mounted on five beams and anchored to 14 concrete posts buried four feet deep. It was a serious project, but they handled it with confidence and care. They hauled away over 6,000 pounds of material with minimal impact to the surrounding yard--just as I'd requested. Frank was patient during the permitting process, communicated clearly throughout, and treated my property as if it were his own. His attention to detail was outstanding. If you're looking for a demolition crew that delivers quality, reliability, and respect for your space, I highly recommend Landmark Demolition.
