I was a returning cash customer who purchased a supplement only to find the contents had been tampered with and replaced with Sweet Tart candies. After several phone calls and a return visit to the store I was not only refused a replacement or money back, I myself was accused of the tampering. Their resolve was to offer a minimal discount on a future purchase. Unfortunately this inferior quality of customer service does not warrant any additional purchases from myself at this place of business. Sorry, I don't know her name but she is very friendly and gets to know her regular customers. I usually go in every Wednesday and get my disposable vape for the week. She always has something to recommend for me to try. They do have a rewards system she keeps track of in the computer, they take your name and phone number to keep track of your purchases and after so many you get $5 off. She had one day and made a mistake on my account and gave me 10% off. It is a small business but that is what I love about it. I will always support a small locally owned business before any corporation.
