After several phone calls and a return visit to the store I was not only refused a replacement or money back, I myself was accused of the tampering. Their resolve was to offer a minimal discount on a future purchase. Unfortunately this inferior quality of customer service does not warrant any additional purchases from myself at this place of business. Sorry, I don't know her name but she is very friendly and gets to know her regular customers. I usually go in every Wednesday and get my disposable vape for the week. She always has something to recommend for me to try. They do have a rewards system she keeps track of in the computer, they take your name and phone number to keep track of your purchases and after so many you get $5 off. She had one day and made a mistake on my account and gave me 10% off. It is a small business but that is what I love about it. I will always support a small locally owned business before any corporation.

They seem to think they are the greatest vaping experts in the world. I'm very experienced with vaping (using mechs, building coils, etc) and did not appreciate being treated like I'm stupid. Another thing, their selection of their over priced mods is disappointing, some of the mods are outdated and far from the newest mods. Lastly, they have the book and area to tests the juices....to no surprise they have the juices to try but none in stock. Would I shop here again? Oh no, I would drive to Pittsburgh if this shop was the only one in town.
