For a local pizza joint in a tiny space, UFO Pizza is rocking it. Service is always prompt, prices are very reasonable, pizza is the kind I like (somewhat chewy crust, generous cheese, standard toppings), and they have good donairs too. Staff are friendly and the place is clean and well-tended. I'm really glad that they have an outlet so near to my home, and it seems well-established as it was one of the first places to start up in the strip mall. My husband finds their pizza crust a bit too sweet, but that's the only reason we don't order from here more often. I'll have to encourage him to try the lasagna because I definitely want to see this business survive the pandemic! read more

They were quick. I had the Pierogi Pizza and added jalapeños and it was sooo good. Better than BPs version, which I also love. Lots of toppings compared to crust. You do have to pay extra for any extra toppings or sauce but they didn't skimp on these. My mom had the Donair Pizza and said it was delicious. I'm a fan of UFO Pizza. As a fast food joint, they check all the boxes: close to home; good food; great prices; reasonably quick delivery. Their donairs are delicious (try the garlic sauce) and their pizza is surprisingly good. We ordered two medium Hawaiians through delivery on Just-Eat.ca and they came within the hour, loaded with cheese, and at under $20 for the two of them. The pizza isn't as greasy as other places and they were extremely generous with the toppings. The only downfall is that if you order online, you have to get two of the same kind of pizza through their 2-for-1 deal. This might be different if you call in and order, though. This place is worth a try if you're in the neighbourhood! Personally, I'll be eating here again. And again. And again. read more

I moved to Portales, New Mexico, USA in August of 2010. Portales is 146 kilometers from Roswell, New Mexico, home of the alleged extraterrestrial encounter. As a kid from Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, visiting Roswell was one of the first things I did when relocating to New Mexico. The Roswell UFO Museum was not what I was expecting, but UFO Pizza had just what I was expecting. The 2 for 1 pizza deal appealed to me, but something else appealed to me too: the Donair. I had never heard of a Donair, which is why I tried it yesterday. I got the largest Donair that UFO Pizza offered, and it was so large that I am going to finish my leftovers tonight. This place is really a late night go-to place after a night of downing beers. Prices are on the higher side compared to others. Food is okay. It is a hit or miss. It's usually a hit if you order two or less donairs. On two occasions, we have ordered four donairs and every order came out wrong (I asked for light sweet sauce, ended up with EXTRA garlic sauce). I always order the classic pepperoni, in terms of bang for your buck, this is the place to order. Delivery is always on time and the delivery guys always seem to be happy enough which I always appreciate and tip well. Highly reccomend. We have been regular customers of UFO for 3 years now. Dont write reviews often but if I would've reviewed a year or two ago it would have been a solid 5 stars. Not really anything horribly BAD to say, however originally why we loved the pizza was the great sauce and loads of cheese. Hubby and I feel like they've been skimping a bit recently on this. Also have to say we ordered onion rings recently and they tasted kind of "fishy" (old deep fry oil maybe?), also The Brute sandwich had ok flavour but very light on the meat. Although the pizzas taste is still good, delivery is quick and price is still moderate for value, we feel quality is starting to slip a bit, as so often happens after a few years. Maybe current staff need a refresher course from original family owners to keep the standards up to where they started from. However, so far, greek salads are always really fresh and crisp. read more

We had a Hawaiian. The pizzas are ok, the secret to a good pizza is always the crust. The dough they use isn't the greatest, it tastes really cheap. Like a frozen pizza crust. Heard great things about this place so we decided to check it out a do a take out order. Location is prime, easy to find. Ordered two pizzas and a Cesar salad- my husband said his donair pizza didn't have the best quality donair meat on it. Crust was great. Wouldn't order the salad again. We ordered through skip the dishes and collected as we live close by. The guy in charge was rude and tried to not give us our fries and pop saying that we only ordered donairs rather than the combo. Once we pulled the app up he said oh they must have changed it. Take our food home - literally 2 minutes drive as we live around the corner and my donair was freezing cold in the middle. I love Donairs, and I have ordered Donairs from UFO, and I was impressed! The tortilla made it! It was perfect, the fixings were ok, and the meat was ok, but the tortilla pulled it together.
