That all changed after I started my schooling through GIA (for jewelry degrees), that I checked this store out. What they can, will & have done is AMAZING in their original free form work. They KNOW what they are doing!! They put their ALL into whatever projects are in front of them. I've had desinger earrings that got ran over as well as Chanel posts that needed fixed. They were more beautiful when finished then when I 1st got them. I've yet to see them cut corners w/ what they're doing. Very elegant, respectful, taking the time to fully listen to what you're saying. If a price seems high...? Please listen when I say, it's $ VERY WELL spent knowing you're getting the piece of mind that you got the best quality & care given to the task & won't be taken for! If they see something else while fixing an item & it'll improve your piece they'll go ahead & fix it. If it turns out being a fix that'll require more cost they'll call you of course, but they don't like giving back pieces that aren't in tip top how their suppose to be shape. There's a difference between a "SALESMAN" & a"JEWELER"!!! Go with a "jeweler" EVERYTIME! Especially a Vena Jeweler! JV ~~

Tim took it immediately and got the moisture out and serviced it. He did it while I was waiting it took about an hour.
