Great people and very helpful! We were there the day before Xmas Eve and we're still helped immediately when we walked in. We were in search of a specific piece of jewelry and it was ordered that day and arrived on Xmas Eve! As it turns out we decided to go a size larger and have it ordered after Xmas. The owner, Brad, followed up with us when the piece came in and took the time and care to send the item to our Florida address and send me the tracking information and checked back multiple times. It's coming tomorrow and I can't wait to see our finished product. You don't get this kind of attention to detail at just any business! Go in to get a ring resized that I bought somewhere else and they go through the process of getting the size and everything but the lady at the desk said we can't resize rings that aren't bought here.
