After I…read moretold them repeatedly its not me, they behaved bad and insisted they were right, even the doctors do not want to check again for correct info. They are negligient and do not care. Also they keep sending promotional survey without my consent. Disgusting service ever.

I spoke with the nurse practitioner, who repeatedly emphasized that she is "the doctor" and that…read morethis is her practice. I found her to be rude and dismissive, as she did not take the time to listen to my concerns. I initially called the clinic simply to get information about billing--it was not for a medication refill or to speak with a provider. During the call, she told me I could be billed for the interaction, to which I responded that I had not asked to speak with her at all. Overall, the clinic comes across as financially aggressive and somewhat deceptive in how it operates. Patients are contacted at random times and pressured to enroll in health coaching programs, rather than having their immediate concerns addressed. When I attempted to communicate my issues, I was told they could simply discharge me from the clinic--as if there aren't countless other providers available in Michigan. Based on my experience, I would not recommend spending your time, effort, or money here, particularly with Shireen Fradi, NP (NPI #1730553819).

I'm 18 now, and he's helped me with everything--from my first mosquito bite, to allergies, autism, ADHD, and other issues. I've been nervous, but Dr. Matt explained everything well, so I've calmed down. I'm just nervous about needles because I get shots there. I am waiting to see you soon for a physical and a TB skin test for college and all that. To Carla, I appreciate your comforting me. Even though you are friends with my mom, I want to say thank you. And to the Michiganders and Detroiters, go to Dr. Matt if you need a primary care doctor. Dr. Matt is good. And as they say at all state you are in good hands

I completed a full schedule of prenatal care at this office and I cannot speak highly enough of…read moretheir kindness and professionalism. They were always accommodating with appointments and got me seen quickly if I had a concern. They know me by voice when I call the office and I feel like they were genuinely happy to see me having a healthy pregnancy. My doctor even took the time to call me today and see how I am doing and how the delivery went. I have never had a doctor call to follow up after a procedure like that and it just goes to show you what an amazing doctor and staff I was privileged to have during this time. I cannot tell you how wonderful I felt, knowing that I have the finest medical care available. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Stanley and his staff and I truly am grateful for them.

What My Sister Went Through Working at Premier Medicine…read more I'm writing this on behalf of my sister, who worked at Premier Medicine -- and I honestly wouldn't wish her experience on anyone. It was one of the worst jobs she's ever had, and it seriously impacted her mental health. From the beginning, it was clear that the place was completely disorganized and poorly run. The manager, Yahya Alsaidi, barely ever responded to calls or messages. Anytime the staff needed anything -- even basic office supplies -- they were left hanging. They were constantly short on what they needed to do their jobs, and no one in leadership seemed to care. There were a couple of decent providers -- Dr. Chow and Monica -- who treated both patients and staff with respect. But then there was Tuma, who made the environment even worse. My sister told me she constantly screamed at both patients and coworkers, rarely saw patients, and would sit in a room listening to loud music during her shift. Completely unprofessional. Things were only somewhat manageable when Fatima was the office manager. She actually cared, worked hard, and treated everyone with kindness. But after she left, it all went downhill. Joanna, who started acting like she ran the place, would boss people around constantly and run to management to snitch on everyone. The sad part is, management believed her without question, even though she was clearly making things worse for everyone. My sister left because she couldn't take the stress anymore -- it just wasn't worth the toll on her mental health. If you're considering working at Premier Medicine, please think twice. No one deserves to be treated the way she was.

He's concerned about the health of our feet and makes each visit a delight. Prior to COVID, each patient was treated to a Whirlpool soak of their feet. He cuts calluses off the feet with a scalpel and none of that playing around with those rough feet. He's the man you need to see if you want your calluses shaved as low as humanly possible! Each member of his staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There's not a better podiatrist in the area!

She is truly a remarkable physician, I have nothing but positive comments to say.
