I suppose there are always good people in a bad organization but one wonders where are they? My advisor of 30+ years left the company and I was randomly assigned new advisors. I had a problem with new advisors and needed another eye to see if my complaints were valid. I found UBS to be unresponsive. They avoided my initial inquiry. When I followed up several weeks later they were "investigating". Finally heard back in a CYA response. You spend a lot of money over the years for a managed account with all fees included in their management fee. Why did UBS add on additional fees to accounts merely sitting there while they delayed transfer to my broker who I followed to his new company. They were not monitoring my accounts. They did not advise me. I cannot recommend UBS New Albany. Not my idea of a "full service brokerage". This retired teacher feels ignored and taken advantage of, still without answers to my question. read more
