This company needs to be held accountable for their errors. I am contacting the BBB! Went inside the UPS store on Dressler around 3:20 pm on a Monday to drop off 2 packages.There were…read more3 employees working ( or at least I thought so.) Two of them were in the back talking and neither of them bothered to step up and wait on me or acknowledge me. The 3rd employee was off to the side on a computer. After a few minutes one walked up and did something on the register, still never greeted me smiled or said anything. Once employee finished doing whatever they were doing on register I was finally waited on. I'm guessing all three of them were having a bad day.I usually come here much earlier in the day and the morning employees are always friendly.)
