I was excited and pleased. I made my purchase of 2 items (juice and coils) which totaled over $50. That's a bit pricier than most places. Ni big deal, I knew their prices were higher. I brought my juice home, excited to have something new to try. When I opened my box, the juice they sold me had an open seel. I was reluctant to even vape sonething that was already opened. And even worse, orange in color. But i did put a tiny bit in my tank. I was shocked when the juice i purchased tasted like sweaty feet as apposed to the strawberries & cream i was expecting to taste. I hurriedly placed this disgusting flavored bottle back in its box hoping to make my way back to the Mandeville location i purchased it from the following morning at their scheduled opening time. The following morning, i called to see if they could exchange the juice they sneakily made me purchase and the young lady told me to bring it in. I trucked it the 20 miles to Mandeville where they then proceeded to tell me they could do nothing because they dont know if i bought it from them or not since i did not have a receipt(the clerk the evening before failed to provide). I mentioned that I'd used my phone number for the rewards program but still they failed to compensate me only suggesting that I purchase more. I was down to my last $60 and could not do that, I explained. And still no offer of compensation. In other words, shop here at your own risk, check all product before they ring you up. Even McDonalds will fix your order if something is afoul. Not doing so, makes me think they're running a scam. Selling old product to consumers is dangerous business.

Not only was the employee I spoke to short with me, she seemed just as clueless as I was AND she kept walking away while I was talking.. After getting home I realized, I was not given what I was really looking for, but it will make due for now.. What happened was, I couldn't remember the name of the exact coil I was looking for, BUT I knew what modbox- because it was a recent gift purchase. Instead of giving me options, (the two coils that come with the E-Priv kit so I could pick) she just gave me whatever she wanted to.... I will continue to shop here and recommend to friends. HOPEFULLY I can be helped by the more friendly and more knowledgeable employees in the future. A lot of customers may not care much for choices, and they may trust employees recommendations or choices flat out. I believe it is still a good idea to let customers know the options anyway ‍

I wouldn't recommend going here if you are just someone who switched to a device similar to a Smok…read moreseries device. I have been smoking for 10 years. I've been vaping for 3 months. The employee who helped me the first time I visited was a larger man with one of those top knot hair cuts. First off I asked him if they had any cream based juices and told him that I was coming from using the brand milkman, flavor: churros. Immediately he recommends that I try VGOD Cubano silver staying that it is super creamy with a hint of Tobacco that in his own words stated,"you can hardly even taste". I've always been led in the right direction by the person behind the counter so I went through with my purchase totaling $25. I got home, replaced my coil, added my juice, let it sit for 15 minutes and gave it a try. I've had cigars mellower than this juice.... I think he got his description backwards. It should've been,"Super tobacco flavor with a hint of cream". Now I'm not here to complain about our differences in palate or flavor composition. I'm here because of the lack of customer service I received and the petty remarks insulting my intelligence. I returned about an hour later to ask if they carried any creamy juices and to explain that this was the complete opposite of what I was looking for. Mr. Top Knot replies stating that they don't carry any cream based salt nicotine juices. By this point another employee was sitting behind her laptop and chimes in explaining that in her opinion cream based salt nic's don't work well with the higher voltage systems and that is why they don't carry them. Mr. Top Knot then chimed in,"yeah, if that makes sense to you." Look brother, I don't appreciate your attitude, your customer service, or being mislead. Of course there is a no return policy... it's a standard amongst all shops, I get it. So now I've got a $25 bottle of juice and you've got one less customer. Prices are high. Service is subpar. If you're new to vaping or just looking to switch over from cigarettes I recommend going to another shop. My experience car was anything but helpful and a complete waste of time and money. I'm giving you two stars because I'm not going to base the entire review on the back of one employee.
