I've been going to this store at least 4 times a year since they opened. Last week I bought juice from them after tasting a couple of them. I thought I'd found the perfect one! I was excited and pleased. I made my purchase of 2 items (juice and coils) which totaled over $50. That's a bit pricier than most places. Ni big deal, I knew their prices were higher. I brought my juice home, excited to have something new to try. When I opened my box, the juice they sold me had an open seel. I was reluctant to even vape sonething that was already opened. And even worse, orange in color. But i did put a tiny bit in my tank. I was shocked when the juice i purchased tasted like sweaty feet as apposed to the strawberries & cream i was expecting to taste. I hurriedly placed this disgusting flavored bottle back in its box hoping to make my way back to the Mandeville location i purchased it from the following morning at their scheduled opening time. The following morning, i called to see if they could exchange the juice they sneakily made me purchase and the young lady told me to bring it in. I trucked it the 20 miles to Mandeville where they then proceeded to tell me they could do nothing because they dont know if i bought it from them or not since i did not have a receipt(the clerk the evening before failed to provide). I mentioned that I'd used my phone number for the rewards program but still they failed to compensate me only suggesting that I purchase more. I was down to my last $60 and could not do that, I explained. And still no offer of compensation. In other words, shop here at your own risk, check all product before they ring you up. Even McDonalds will fix your order if something is afoul. Not doing so, makes me think they're running a scam. Selling old product to consumers is dangerous business. read more

My experience here has been 50/50. I usually make it pretty clear upfront if im not 100% sure of what I'm looking at and have had pleasant experiences with most employees- until yesterday! Not only was the employee I spoke to short with me, she seemed just as clueless as I was AND she kept walking away while I was talking.. After getting home I realized, I was not given what I was really looking for, but it will make due for now.. What happened was, I couldn't remember the name of the exact coil I was looking for, BUT I knew what modbox- because it was a recent gift purchase. Instead of giving me options, (the two coils that come with the E-Priv kit so I could pick) she just gave me whatever she wanted to.... I will continue to shop here and recommend to friends. HOPEFULLY I can be helped by the more friendly and more knowledgeable employees in the future. A lot of customers may not care much for choices, and they may trust employees recommendations or choices flat out. THIS PLACE F**KING SUCKS! there is a strict 30 day manufacturing warranty. Two days after I got my CaliBurn the button popped out and the whole mod slid out of the protective cover while I was plugging it up to charge. The manager told me she wouldn't honor the manufacturing warranty bc I had dropped the mod but assured me that if getting it replaced when the button popped off were important to me then I would have dropped everything in my life to rush back up there and get a new one. I work a full-time job and got to school full-time. I bought this mod 11 days ago. This company will bullshit you to get out of honoring your product and money spent. I hope it burns. read more

I had purchased a smok priv m17 on 1/25/2019. The staff was great. Unfortunately I had a very bad issue with the product and had to return it. They have a very strict no return policy . The thing is on items as these there should be a return policy because they are mechanical and things go wrong often on mechanical devices. With that being said I will no longer do business with create a cig. I was going to use the money I got from the refund to purchase another item there but instead I had to spend over 100 dollars and I am stuck with a broken e-cig. .so everyone please ask about their refund policy before you purchase anything from them.. that is just bad business. The selection of top shelf e-liquids is greater than any shop I have seen, and the hardware selection is killer (try the E-juice by Paradox Liquids!). Brandon, Nate, and Alex were super helpful from the moment I walked in the door, they are very capable and knowledgeable salesmen. It is no surprise that Create-a-Cig has multiple locations, because this business is clearly based on a foundation of great people that know what they are selling. They made me feel welcome and not overwhelmed by the large array of different products they provide. My favorite part is the custom engraving they do, you can even get a photo engraved on your device. We made that drive from Lacombe to Mandeville many times just to shop here. I spent good money in this store. They recognized me EVERY TIME I WENT IN! So when my wife purchased the new Kanger Sub Tank Hybrid and I found it was defective... I told her just take it back they will exchange it. NO! They told her she was on her OWN! A Store that does NOT STAND behind its PRODUCTS!? It was not misuse... Or any other. It was a Defective Unit! A few weeks ago I got a text about a 20% off sale, I was in a ER, I emailed the store explained where I was. They extended the sale until I could get in. When my wife DID go, the clerks refused the "Sale". I had to go back and forth emailing the Management. Its too hard to do business with these guys...too many OTHER PLACES to go! I have been going to this shop on occasion for the past year or so because they have my favorite flavor of fluid and it's convenient. At first I thought it was by far the best shop around because they have huge selection of products and the people were nice but lately it seems to have gone downhill. When I went in today the cloud of vapor was super thick and the smell was extremely strong, almost sickening. The guy that "helped" me seemed to be bothered by having to stop whatever he was doing to talk to me. He couldn't hardly get a sentence out without first having to take a drag on his vapor pipe (which he blew in my direction which grossed me out and was rude.) It was annoying that he did this the whole time, would it have hurt him to put his pipe down for the few minutes that he was helping me? He acted cocky and didn't help me with the problem I was having with my current pipe, maybe it was lack of knowledge to be able to offer any help? The environment of the store feels different than it did a year ago and I didn't feel comfortable being in there and certainly didn't feel welcome. I feel like the place is geared more toward kids in their 20's. On the plus side the area added where you can build your own pipe is a nice touch. And they still have a nice big selection of products. They just need to work on the attitude of employees. read more

Create A Cig is one of my top choices when it comes to buying house juice mods or any products that I need for my vaping needs. I've been to a lot of places around the nation and hands down Create A Cig still has the top house juice. Jen, ridges, Lulu, and Jordan as well as all the other employees that I did not mention that work for Mandeville Create A Cig hands down have the best knowledge when it comes to knowing their products on helping people try to get off of cigarettes. I'm writing this review because yet again I tried out the Hammond Create A Cig location for the 4th time and yet again I've had to come back to the Mandeville location to exchange my house juice because for some reason they don't know what they're doing and how to make a simple Juice blueberry vanilla custard. I've been going to create a cig since they first open and everybody knows me and everybody knows which flavor is my go-to that I always get I asked about a week and a half ago the employees at the Hammond location to make me a blueberry vanilla custard now Granite it was almost time for them to close so as soon as I got in my juice was already made and I asked them if it was blueberry vanilla custard both times they said yes and I trusted him on it. Yet again it was the wrong s*** and this is the fourth time not only that but they were very rude. I don't know if they were having a bad day but you should never be rude to customers because customers are always right. So I just want to say thank you to all over it Mandeville Create A Cig. I really do believe that all the people especially at the Hammond location needs to come over and train for at least one day to see how the employees at the Mandeville Create A Cig values their customer and the knowledge that they obtain to help people get off these nasty ass cigarettes. read more

Lots of options, but not a lot of knowledge. House juices are plentiful, but inconsistently mixed. Prices are competitive, but I'd rather pay more for higher quality. They do offer a loyalty program, but you have to remember to mention it as they often forget to ask. read more

This place would not accept my Military ID! I walked in yesterday and of course they asked for my ID, completely normal. Well of course the employee would not take my Government Issued ID after he said I need a Government Issued ID, Driver's License, or State ID. I gave him my ID and he said he was unable to accept that! Seriously? I would not lie about being in the military because it is a felony! (Also, I did not have my license on me because I was not driving) This is completely absurd! This shop looks nice and has a big selection. But that's about it. They hire young Kidd who barely know what the he'll they are doin. They talk to you like you are uneducated in vaping when chances are you know more than them. This is a shop that you should only go to if you are just getting into vaping and even then there are way better shops out there. Whenever I go in there I'm always greeted which is nice I'll give y'all that but when I ask questions it's either a blank stare or they act like I'm not worth their time. This shop can be 100000 times better if they did 2 things. Get staff that knows what the pros and cons of the hardware they sell are . And stop selling that zvaporz brand or at least stop saying that it's a good brand because everyone that's bought that brand knows for the most part it breaks in 2 weeks. This store has a great location and in this area there a lot of people curious about vaping or trying to quit smoking. And if the store sold half decent hardware and stoped trying to pass off low quality clones as decent quality clones.( there's a difference). Just a dude walking into a vape shop not knowing anything about it other than it would hopefully help me to quit smoking cigarettes. The staff was very helpful to a guy who knew nothing about this stuff. I said "I have heard about the vaping stuff, and I'm trying to quit smoking." Couple issues, iv'e been shopping here for over a year, the knowledge of the staff is meh. not the best. The house juice depending on who mixes it can be good or completely terrible. Recently i purchased a hell boy rda, asked the question "does the widebore cap come off the metal easy". was told "no, theirs did b.c they demo it a lot". so i bought it. the first day, cap came right off. not only being lied to, could have told me the truth and i would have purchased a different atty from the store. most of the mods are double the price you find online, witch is crazy. will not be shopping here again. id rather make my own juice and make my purchases online. lost a customer, i do not recommend this store to any of my vaping buddies. even if its one of the only real brick and mortars around. i always say if you want to go there go. but don't waste your money. and do your own research. they need to train their staff on safety and products before they cause injury to someone new to vaping and send them home with a bomb in their hands. read more
