He always has a very bad attitude and seems as though you are a burden to his day. They also refuse to assist customers with basic postal needs such as assistance in box sizing, tracking numbers and tape. Instead they request that you PURCHASE tape instead of supplying it for a basic package need. Really? That's like walking into FedEx and them saying they have no boxes. I avoid using this post office as often as possible but when I have no other choice, I am truly disappointed each time.

I was so flustered from drivers services and rushing to keep my appointment. Anyway, his badge said he was in training, but he seemed to know what he was doing. I was having trouble figuring out how to email a document from my phone (why is it so hard to find a downloaded doc???) But he calmly took my phone and did what needed to be done...or so we thought. He coached me through taking a screenshot of the document and that worked. He was patient and kind while I was at max stress. Everyone working there seemed to be in good spirits and friendly. They had cards and a large container of packing popcorn. The service was quick efficient and the clerk was very personable. I don't know about the value but I am sure they are comparable to USPS and FedEx.
