The air fryer arrived today completely trashed. I went to the store & the kid who took it to "package it" when I dropped it off says he only sold me a box. When I dropped it off I asked for it to be packaged & he said it would cost $20. Today he said that packaging it would have been $60+. He did not say that when I dropped it off. I wanted to file a claim today in the store & the same kid told me it had to be done online since the label was purchased online. I tried that & the system doesn't recognize the tracking number. The employee is lying about what he told me. Do not use this store. You would think that they would want to be sure packages arrive safely. That is obviously not the case.
