The help is very nice and friendly. They do close for lunch between 12:15-1:15. The only thing I wish is that they had a machine here to do your own packages. Not only did he help with sending my package off, but he was also very helpful in suggesting different restaurants to try since I haven't been in the area since 2007. So, the Post Office is very clean, small, yet very efficient. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and it would have been shorter, if I had my item boxed and ready to ship. I made a trip here to purchase an international money order. I walked up to customer service and made my request. The clerk behind the service desk ask me this question: What is an international money order? She never heard of that before. I informed her nicely that the post office in my hometown said that they would have them. She said again that she'd never heard anything about them and reiterated that fact. If anyone would like to see how lousy and inefficient our Congress in WashingtonD.C. is; I would suggest a visit to customer service at any location! Both are federal institutions that rely on our tax dollars to survive as they produce no revenue on their own!
