Worst post office ever. You need your USPS shipped package? Good luck. If it's a Monday-Thursday, they'll be sure to place it on your door step, or at least you hope it's your door step, in the early afternoon while you're at work with no way to get to it until late afternoon - a porch pirate's dream. But if it's due to be delivered on Friday? Ha forget it. You have plans to go out of town for the weekend? Nope! Not anymore, because now you get to spend your Friday waiting, hoping, praying, that they'll deliver your items that will ruin if left out in the heat. You'll try and contact them using their number and the phone will ring and ring and ring. And then, in an ultimate eff you, they'll take the phone off the hook so all you get is a busy tone because they don't give a shit about what you need. I've been in there plenty of times as well, and I always try to be respectful, polite, and patient. Even still, I've often been met with hateful attitude. I'm sure these employees are nice outside of this setting and have their own problems, but it's still a job and there is a customer service aspect that is required, though clearly not enforced. This is a common occurrence and I've also had incidents with personal cards being halfway opened as if someone was searching for cash in them. And very often get the wrong mail despite clearly labeled numbering on the box. We're all human and can make these errors, so I get that, but overall I'm displeased with this location and wish that they would do better. read more
