After many years with mid century I am very dispointed in the way had to leave there service. After…read moreyears of watching internet costs go up and up. Them passing the cost of upgrading to there consumers. I was promised that when called and having it turn off I be prorated and it be 25 dollars if turn off then. Then they call back tell me owned whole 83 payment. Trying to get a last full payment out of me. I had no internet. After 3 calls arguing with me for most part calling me lier. If they had any sense they made me happy and do as first promised. I would of most likely returned as a consumer again someday. Now can not because of the way treated. I make the payments for other elderly family members in town. When they get there new cellphone I will get them a cheaper internet alternative also. It was so easy for them to do right thing. They needed to fleece one last time. Now they will end up losing total of 3 accounts. In a town of 300. Also will be telling my friends where got cheaper internet. If that not bad, to top things the outside box left smashed taped with ripped out screw holes in siding. I was planning to put the emergency line back in for a disabled person care for now can not with them. Oh they said they talked to him in a second call to me ! He turned it back on. He paraplegic and can not speak. Nice try !! Classy

They charged me $75 and told me it would be a day or so. A week later I still wasn't contacted. None of my emails or phone calls were returned. I finally went in person and was told there would be an additional $225 to address my issues. I told them the computer didnt cost $300 and declined their service Despite the fact they had NO FOLLOW THROUGH COMMUNICATION AND TOOK AN ADDITIONAL WEEK ( COSTING ME BUSINESS) I RECEIVED NOTHING FOR MY !$75. I felt I was being EXTORTED and emailed FACET MAIN OFFICE. To date I have received NO RESPONSE. This company has NO INTEGRITY and could care less about customer service.
