I took my new (broken) PC in and they had it fixed and running that afternoon! You probably won't get that kind of turnaround normally, but they did a great job, very friendly & accommodating. Also, masks are worn in the store. I am beyond tickled with the service they gave!

The tech made our staff member install the "new" cable boxes and cords instead of doing it himself. One of the boxes was horribly scratched and in bad condition. One of the cords also didn't work and the tech couldn't figure out the pairing of the remotes. The tech left to get a new cord and different remotes. He brought back a cord that worked and remotes but still couldn't figure out pairing. Tech left and told staff member to figure out pairing. Such terrible service from a horrible company. We've had nothing but issues since from staff service and actual service being out when needed. We are stuck in contract for another 2 years so we have no choice but to continue using them.

First off, I felt like I was in the police station scene from Home Alone getting transferred back and forth between departments because each thought that my issue should have been handled by the other. My other point of frustration comes from their new COVID-19 protocols which, according to the customer services team, restricts techs from coming out to my house to help me fix my problem. This was followed by saying that techs were only getting sent out for diagnosing issues (Not to fix any issues), upgrades and new installations. This to me sounds like unless I am adding a new revenue stream to Consolidated, fixing my internet problem is not worth the possible risk to the tech or myself. Every person I spoke with was cordial. I even spoke with a supervisor who offered me a free month's credit to my account for my troubles. Unfortunately, this does not fix my internet issue and the only way I can get someone out to my house is to switch providers. Time to start shopping.
