The computer that FBS built was a complete joke and was at least 1000 dollars overpriced. The computer constantly froze at the boot screen and would then it would need a fresh install of windows in order to work again. When we took it back to FBS they claimed it was a "software" problem and therefore the warranty would not cover it. After constant problems, and returning the computer exactly 6 times (the last being for a 6 month period) we decided to give up and I built a brand new computer myself. I have tested the computer that FBS has built with a new GPU, PSU, HDD, and OS and STILL this piece of crap that FBS sold us locks up. In short, FBS installed crappy components at an exorbitant price and would not go back and fix the mistakes they made. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Went in for an upgrade first time was told I needed a plan change so I…read morewent through with it talked with an employee for almost 2 hours getting answers and prices for new phone even went through the paper work with just needing to collect payment and new phone and sign everything. The employee even set the phone I wanted aside with all my information and pricing I come back 2 days later as I couldn't show up next day and now I'm told MY phone and paperwork are gone. Then I'm told I'm not able to upgrade without payment for my bill even though we literally just did all this 3 days ago. Terrible experience I feel like I've been taken advantage of just to sell a plan change for the employee and I walk away with nothing. I will NOT be coming back and I'll just cancel my service now that my current phone is paid off and mine. AWFUL customer service.

I took my new (broken) PC in and they had it fixed and running that afternoon! You probably won't get that kind of turnaround normally, but they did a great job, very friendly & accommodating.
