When I came into the building I was only doing it to consider an option my husband proposed after some research. We had just moved to the middle of a field and knew T mobile didn't work at our new home, AT&T was alright, and Verizon did pretty well. Allie was there with a smile to great us. She answered ALL of my questions about the phone and the service with great detail. I hadn't asked my husband about the research he had done, and I hadn't done my own because I was so frustrated by our cell phone journey we were having to go through. My husband confirmed Allie was honest with me in the research he had done. I had no problem with my iPhone 7 or 7 plus and wasn't even considering a upgrade. Allie was able to get my husband the Android 21(?) and myself and two kids the iPhone 12 Pro Max ordered as a free phone (we paid tax) for moving to US Cellular. A few days later, Apple released a statement about the iPhone 13 Pro Max preorder dates and when the phone would be released. Allie was able to quickly cancel my iPhone 12 Pro Max order and sign us up for the 13 Pro Max at no additional charge for tax. With the timeframe of waiting and shipping we were worried about my current service renewing before the phone came in for me to keep my number. She credited $50 to my account to make sure I kept my line open even if it was only for a few days for the phone to arrive so that we could keep my number. -she didn't have to do this, she chose to. Shipping time is on Apple not her and I am responsible for my own phone bill.- This showed me she values us as customers. She successfully transferred two of our numbers and created 2 numbers for us. We've used the phone all over from Kansas City to Emporia WITHOUT "No Service" showing up. I've even seen the 5G several times! The personalization was probably THE BEST, when I told her how my day was going or the adventures we were up to, she'd follow up in our next conversation hoping all went well about the activities we were up to.

If you select Shane for your remodeling, repair or replacement projects you have good intuition…read more Shane is a very knowledgeable multi-skilled individual who seems to specialize in just about everything and if he can't do the job he will tell you upfront. Over the last two years he has completed a variety of jobs for me from changing out the overhead kitchen light system, replacing the 35 year old front storm door, painting over the entrance door from a dull weathered brown look to a beautiful red, repairing several drywall cracks and just recently replaced a 40 year old 4-burner cook-top range. His quality of work is outstanding and his costs to perform all jobs are more than reasonable. On top of everything else, Shane is one trustworthy nice guy who is fun to talk to and learn from. .

Shane was referred to me from my realtor. He came out and provided an estimate for the work that needed to be done and I agreed that his estimate was worth the work involved. when it came time for the work to be done, two of the three ceiling fans that I purchased did not work according to Shane, I then contacted the sellers was able to obtain a replacement for one and parts for the second one which would take over 12 weeks to arrive Shane then charged me an additional $150 to come back and address those issues along with finishing the items from the original quote which he claims were included. The screen door that he replaced, the screening is not tight and I'm also unable to lock the screen door as previously could. One of the two fans that didn't work actually had no problem at all. He read the directions incorrectly and the fan worked the entire time but he just wasn't 100% sure. he did however, offer $75 off that fan and since I had flooring put in, I asked him to go ahead and reseat the toilet that the flooring company would not do. That became a whole issue as he was unable to reseat it properly and claimed it was the flooring company or some other issue. The toilet was perfectly seated and fine prior and I was present for the removal, which was quite normal with no additional issues. I quite honestly feel that this man who is extremely nice, just does not have the professional capabilities to provide the services that he claims he is able to do . I I ended up actually fixing quite a few things that he had done incorrectly. My lesson in this, I actually can do quite a few things and I don't need to pay anybody for it. Lesson learned and buyer beware!

Dianna from the Thomas operations team is the primary reason my household goods movement finished close to my contracted delivery date. She exceeded expectations by directly coordinating with my hauler and promptly communicating updates to me, whereas my transportation service provider failed to do so. Without her proactivity, my goods would have likely arrived two to three weeks later than when they were delivered. The movers she hired were courteous and careful throughout their delivery, given the severely damaged status of my shipment. Overall, Thomas Transfer's performance was the only positive experience we had throughout our move into Kansas.

We had great service from everyone involved - from Jarid, who visited the condo and provided an estimate, to the office staff, to Russell and Logan, who loaded everything and moved it to Wichita. In the process of working with them, we came to the realization that they were the company that had moved some of her belongings from Emporia to Wichita a couple of years ago. She had commented after the first move that the movers had taken great care of her. So, this kind of counts as two positive reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Thomas Transfer & Storage again if we need moving services. I highly recommend them!
