Customer service is great - the employees are so friendly and quickly pick up on if you're a returning customer and build some great rapport. They are just as passionate about playing/using the goods that they sell, which we love to see! Card selection is pretty sweet in the way of Pokemon cards. They might not always be in the best condition, but their pricing is typically very fair when it comes to these kinds of shops, so we respect that. They don't typically have pricing listed on the card sleeve though, so you either need to ask or sort of make the gamble once they ring it all up, which is a bit peculiar. My favorite part of Video Games Etc is the fact that they are always running "sales" of buy 6 cards, get the 7th free or buy x amount of used dvds, video games, etc. and get your next one free. It's very similar I would say to 2nd and Charles kinds of deals and gives the vibes of being a smaller 2nd and Charles in general, which is lovely to see!

Don't remember the young lady's name but she set me up with a deal that was awesome. I was paying 64.00 a month with only 1GB of data. The full fix was going to take days cause they'd have to gut the whole phone and on the phone this was never mentioned. I was told that because i also had a battery put in (which was aftermarket and had information smudged off of it in two places i noticed) that i would only be refunded $140 of $180. Sure you put in a new battery, but i cant really use it..i'm sending it to insurance (Which will cost me $200 deductible ). so i can have i truly fixed phone. I wish i could give a better review, but they weren't going to help me until i gave a negative one (initial offer was only %15 another 139 charge). And i'm still out $40 and right back where i was before. The initial person looking at my phone apparently thought the bend in the phone wouldn't effect another screen as it had the last. The actual technician seemed very knowledgeable. All in all unfortunate, but a huge hassle.

I brought it back to them to get the bottom screen fixed, and after I got it, while it senses taps, the touches are never in the right place, even with me calibrating it multiple times. Absolute waste of money. Their student discount, is abysmal, and the service is just so bad. More things are broken getting my device back, than what was originally needing to be repaired. I recommend looking at another repair shop and staying away from this one as much as possible. Spend your money on a better service, and for those who actually deserve it.

absolutely not. i was guranteed my phone will be fixed with $200 to fix the screen. it was not…read morefixed my phone turns on and off every 2 minutes. it didn't do that before. i take it back and another guy asks me "do you know which screen replacement was used?" i was like "huh". he looks it up on computer and says "ooh alright , thats why it was only $200. it may need the other screen (believe he said oem something like that)" i was like "well how much is that?" he said "$430 somehting." i was beyond frustrated. if i was told from the beginning its a possibility it may need a $400 something screen, i wouldn't have gone through with it whatsoever. i could have upgraded for $450 but wanted to save $200 since its rent week. he said "we can apply the $200 you spent to the balance." like thats not the point here. that's expensive to get a phone fixed. then he said i could use those 200 towards a phone in their store. which one of the cheapest iphone they had was $800. id still be spending way more. so i basically gave away $200 for free. all he said was "sorry about that". i left stressed out and frustrated.

He said it was "due to the dust" that the board broke. I've had this screen fixed before, no issues. He broke my phone and wouldn't admit it. Then he had the audacity to offer a Samsung phone for $100 when I had an iPhone. I then proceeded to ask where the nearest USCellular store was at, "just down a ways" he said. I nearly jumped the counter! How was I supposed to find it when I had no cellphone due to him?! Turns out "down a ways" is just behind the building, across the street. Kid didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all.
