Any idea when your hours at the Hwy. 10 location will be updated? 9am-4pm is not convenient or practical.

Built a new house using a HELOC and needed to convert that HELOC to a mortgage. Extremely slow service when it comes to mortgages. The appraisal service they contracted with nit picked because of a row of bricks that I was still working on, which lead to their underwriters listing my house as "unfinished" compromising the whole situation. Seriously?! Other than a row of unfinished bricks at the front of my house, the house was finished and the city approved my family to move in. This mortgage process started back in June. Was finally able to close on it September 5th! Even after closing, the mortgage hasn't fully posted yet as of this writing!!! It's shown up on my account, but hasn't cleared the balance on my HELOC! read more

This would be my second review. as i said before in the other review they closed my accounts and wouldnt tell me why, of course the monoter theses reviews and someone from the customer relations got ahold of me and "tried" to fix my opinion of the bank but was still unable to get me an answer as to why my accont was being closed. well U.S Bank is the only bank in town that i ccan think of that has an atm where i can deposit cash. (yes four other banks in my area and several gas stations and walmart are only withdraw) I get to the atm while the bank is closed (drive up) i put the cash in and everything, i select no recipt. and it spits my cash back out and tells me it cant do it. again no reason why. all i needed to do was put $40 in my bank account and now i have to pay a late fee on a bill because i worked all day and couldnt get to the bank. NEVER go to U.S Bank. they are a horrible place that will screw you over every chance you get and laugh in your face when it happens. I would recommend ANY bank ever before U.S Bank. and dont even bother trying to contact me Customer relations because you're a joke too. read more

Opened a new account and was told that funds from deposits were available the following business day, no one told me until after I was charged an overdraft fee that new customers deposits were held for 5 business days. I was given back the overdraft fee only for it to happen again the following week. My phone bill was mistakenly set to auto pay and although I had the funds to cover the bill, US bank is holding those funds for another 4 business days resulting in a negative balance and over draft fee. When I deposit money into a bank account I expect to be able to use those funds to pay bills online without being charged overdraft fees for trying to use my own money. I will be closing this account. read more

Very poor experiences at this bank, staff is rude and indifferent. I noticed other posters scored the same, so at least they are consistent. Many other options in the area, go to them instead, we are pulling out. read more

This bank provides false information when you call their customer service line. I have called numerous times to have overdraft protection removed so I did not incur unnecessary fees and was told each time that they took care of it, yet they kept allowing transactions to clear with no available funds. They charged me $36 for a $2 transaction, and another $36 for an $8 transaction. That's not helping your customer, that's hurting them!!!....since posting I have been working with a customer service rep (Alex), and he has helped slightly. He has not responded in the last few days to phone calls, but hopefully he will get in touch next week read more
