The appraisal service they contracted with nit picked because of a row of bricks that I was still working on, which lead to their underwriters listing my house as "unfinished" compromising the whole situation. Seriously?! Other than a row of unfinished bricks at the front of my house, the house was finished and the city approved my family to move in. This mortgage process started back in June. Was finally able to close on it September 5th! Even after closing, the mortgage hasn't fully posted yet as of this writing!!! It's shown up on my account, but hasn't cleared the balance on my HELOC!
