The space inside is large lots of tables and seating areas. Most spaces have spot to charge devices. We loved that we were able to sit and work in the quiet space. We ordered some drinks and a sandwich. The barista was really helpful describing some of the drinks. We got the ube blueberry matcha drinks and a bagel sandwich. All were delicious. The sandwich with the arugula paired well. And the drinks were good. I couldn't taste the ube much but it was still good.

It's in a very close proximity to pretty much everything shopping related in the Roseville area. Parking is easy. I definitely meshed well with this branch- the banker Adrianna is great!! She helped us with a super specific, kinda difficult banking related problem and she had it fixed in no time. I can tell she is super dedicated to helping clients, and I really appreciate that. It's easy to become impatient on either side of the banking experience, and she was so helpful and knowledgable about our situation. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

I used to frequent other branches way back when, but now that this location is conveniently on the way home from the office, I find myself stopping in for various transactions or sometimes just a quick one at one of their 3 ATMs outside. There's been times when I prefer having a teller help me, but because this branch can get extremely busy, especially at the beginning/end of the month like most financial institutions, I've walked in then right back out after seeing the crowded long lines. However, they typically can have 3-4 tellers at windows so if members know what they need without many questions, the lines can move fairly quick. I've also come in on an occasion or two to deal with problems/disputes on my account. That's when the folks at the desks are needed. You sign in at the small table in the middle of the branch, next to the line for teller transactions, then have a seat in their comfy couches or cushy chairs till called by the next available employee. It's here that you never know how long you'll have to wait, as people being helped on this side of things usually require more time to resolve whatever they got going on. I can say tho, every time I've been helped by someone at a desk, it's been handled well. Other services here is a coin machine that folks can bring their jars/jugs/buckets of change & dump it into this machine to cash out. Whether you want cash or to just deposit it to your account, the machine prints out a receipt which you take to a teller and say what you wish. It always reminds me of being at the casino & hearing the coins...cha-ching, cha-ching, CHA-CHING!!! Side note: depending on your account status, there may or may not be a service fee to use this machine, so ask first if you don't know what the rules are. Overall, this location is pretty good for service & stuff. More often than it you'll leave with no complaints. Sure does beat a lot of those big bank competitors!

A small transaction to a title company is apparently fraud worthy to lock me out of my own account. Multiple phone calls and run around and forced to go to an inconvenient long line branch to say hey I'm a real person. Don't bank here!
