The lady seems nice but the man is rude as can be. He left my child , myself and our dog stranded on the side of the road. He refused to let us get our things outta the U-Haul... ie my purse, meds and my daughters birthday presents ( just to name a few) and when I was confused and tried to ask questions he threatened to have me arrested. He was completely unreasonable . He then took the U-Haul and all our stuff to Clackamas so we had to figure out how to get all the stuff in the U-Haul from the Clackamas location to Molalla. Now I find that my bank account is $200 overdrawn because they are double charging me without authorization! I have been trying to reach someone to straighten it out for 2 weeks now and no one will call me back. if I had it to do all over again I would get the U-Haul somewhere else and I suggest you do the same

Shows their lack of interest in even a very small minor detail. Blatantly shows they just don't care as long as they get paid. Once you do have an issue with them like I have. The staff is dishonest and rude. They show no remorse for their actions. You will also get tossed around via phone from one person to the next with no one actually knowing what is going on.
