I got off today early so I can make it there and I got there at the front doors at 4:58pm and when I walked in the second doors were already locked and there was customers in line inside, and I looked at the lady to see if she was gonna service me instead they stood there and laughed at me, especially after I let them know that I just got off work and it's important because I won't have the another opportunity during the week to try to take care of my business with them.. this place is lousy. They took two weeks to cash a check and I have been doing business with them for over two years and they've been pretty lousy lately especially this location. So imagine somebody holding your money and when you need it for two minutes, you cannot get it. Why hold your money with these people when they won't give you the opportunity to access your money. I would not recommend to come to this bank of America. I'm actually planning on dropping them completely. I also run a business and I work for a business never would we turn down a customer or laugh at them especially when it's not even 5 o'clock yet they're supposed to run until five and they had customers inside.
