The best thing about this place is you can pick up and drop off a U-Haul after hours so you don't have to deal with anyone. The customer service is atrocious. The lady seems nice but the man is rude as can be. He left my child , myself and our dog stranded on the side of the road. He refused to let us get our things outta the U-Haul... ie my purse, meds and my daughters birthday presents ( just to name a few) and when I was confused and tried to ask questions he threatened to have me arrested. He was completely unreasonable . He then took the U-Haul and all our stuff to Clackamas so we had to figure out how to get all the stuff in the U-Haul from the Clackamas location to Molalla. Now I find that my bank account is $200 overdrawn because they are double charging me without authorization! I have been trying to reach someone to straighten it out for 2 weeks now and no one will call me back. if I had it to do all over again I would get the U-Haul somewhere else and I suggest you do the same read more
